Cheaply made as you’d expect

These trays are cheapy plastic, but you get what you pay for. They’re functional for traveling with deviled eggs although they don’t snap closed very well. I didn’t expect much for the price so I wasn’t disappointed.

Bad Locks

The containers themselves are good, although we found ourselves having to push on one end to dig the eggs out. The locks are total garbage though. Seemed like anytime you locked one, another came unlocked. The "handle" on top of it is not a handle at all, just a carved out rectangle that's impossible to grip and as unreliable as the locks are, I'm not sure I'd want to carry them by that anyway. If all you're going to do is place some eggs out for people to take, this is good product for its price. If you're planning to transport them, then look elsewhere.

Budget Friendly

These work exactly as I need them to and they were a way more reasonable price than others I looked at considering the material. I will say though that they are a bit on the flimsy side, the latch style will likely be the first thing to go, and because there's very little clearance around the edge you have to be particularly careful not to mess up your eggs when putting the lid on and doing up the latches. However, if you are looking for a simple, budget friendly, and dishwasher safe deviled egg carrier this should serve your needs well enough for a while.

Super flimsy

These worked and I guess I got what I paid for in the end. They got me through Easter, but I had to tape the lids on because they are super cheap and flimsy.

HATE the lids but they get the job done.

The latches don’t really latch and there’s not much of a handle BUT they stack well on top of each other. It’s easy to put them in a bag, tie it and go.

I got it ina pinch

At first I didn't understand the reviews of them saying that it was really hard to lock into place and then when I got them I fully understood. I got these for Thanksgiving because I did not have a tray for my deviled eggs. Unfortunately it does not seal so it does dry out the eggs. Secondly, it also has a really crappy top and you can't hold on to it. So I wish that there would have been a better lid choice and you have to watch how you hold it because if you teeter the wrong way it will unlock itself. So personally, I would not recommend anyone buying this unless it is specifically to do a one-time thing every now and again, if that makes sense

Carriers need improvements!

I like the egg trays. It's did not care much for the covers. The cover lid is too flimsy and when I tried to get the tabs to lock in place, I could say not get one to stay locked. The tabs are too short. If the lid was sturdier and the tabs on the egg tray were longer, this would be a better carrier than it is now. It's will have to wrap the carriers with foil so I can travel safely with them full of deviled eggs. Too bad, because if someone responsible for making these had tried to close these carriers with deviled eggs in them they would understand how poorly their product works.

Too flimsy

This product is exactly as the reviews all say, too flimsy and the lid doesn’t connect to the bottom at all therefore you are back to square one with a platter and no lid. Really you buy this to have the lid! Which does not connect. You can wrestle all you want and you will end up with eggs on the floor while you do that. Don’t buy this if you really want something with the lid that works. It holds the eggs as it should but with no lid.
