It deserves 10 stars!

I have 2 other steam floor cleaners! I have 3 dogs and a cat… this steamer is the best! It’s easy to use , the pads are thick and you can flip to use the other side. It holds more water than the other 2 and you have that option to directly steam stuck on messes . Would recommend highly!

FIVE years later!

I bought this steam mop FIVE years ago and it’s still going strong!! To give you an idea of how hard this mop is put to work, let me add that we are a family of 8, six kids and a German Shepherd-we are an extremely busy & super active household! My husband asked if I wanted to finally upgrade recently and I said no way, I’m going to use this thing until it finally gives out-which isn’t looking like anytime soon. Buy it, it will be yours new best friend! I add a few drops of essential oils to the pad(not in the tank)when mopping and it smells wonderfully!

Beats Mopping

Used this on hardwood and travertine floors. The pad become so dirty I felt this was the first time my floors were clean. So easy to clean with compared to mopping and bucket way. Great device that I will definitely keep using.

Great product, really deep cleans

Easy to assemble. If you are having trouble getting steam, make sure the handle is firmly snapped in place. I hand washed my tile floor and grout and then went over it with the steam mop. The steam mop picked up so much dirt that it surprised me. The floor looked very clean just from hand washing. This mop picks up dirt from the tile and grout. Now I can seal my grout and I have a way to keep it clean in between applications of sealant. The cord length is perfect for large rooms and the ability to select the amount of steam is perfect. I do wish it had an insulated, heavier cord but overall this unit is perfect for my tile and wood floors. It will be helpful for keeping my fireplace hearths and stones clean also.

Best mop I’ve ever bought!

I wanted to invest in this because the pads are reusable/ washable, but also because it doesn’t require any chemicals or cleaning solution! It does an amazing job and I have had it for about 3 months, no issues with it at all

Me encanta este aparato

El primer día que lo use no me pareció tan increíble como decían las comentarios, luego al día siguiente le di una segunda oportunidad y así sucesivamente me di cuenta que fue la mejor compra que hice en el 2021... el piso lo deja perfecto, no pule pero el brillo que se ve no tiene comparación a cuando lo haces con jerga. Me encanta que solo uso poca agua y no uso más líquidos químicos. Mi esposo dice que siente hasta la diferencia cuando anda descalzo e incluso nuestras plantas de los pies ya no quedan tan sucias como antes. Diario lo uso y hasta ahora lo amo. Todo mundo debería tener uno! Llegó antes de tiempo!

Una genialidad

Tengo 1 perro y un gato en departamento y a pesar que aspiraba sentía que aún quedaban partículas ente pelo, escama y mugre pero con esto se resolvió mi problema la gente que viene al departamento y es alérgica dice que no siente nada conmigo, super fácil de usar, ligero y llega a todos lados sin duda uno de mis artículos preferidos, eso sí recomiendo comprar otras 2 mopas viene con 2

Sustituye cualquier trapeador

Cumple con su función, sustituyo el trapeador normal. Tenía la duda si funcionaba bien en pisos de cerámica muy lisos y en verdad que funciona, terminan pulidos y sin ninguna mancha que el trapeador normal si dejaba.
