Not long Enough
It was part of the package offered so I assumed it would be the correct length. - I should've checked it out before I bought it. It is definitely not long enough for what I would want covered - like the ignition dial! Anyway, lesson learned - read the dimensions!

Great cover, protects your ongoing enjoyment of your smoker...
Living in Northern California, we haven't in recent years been in any position to test the waterproofness of any kind of a cover. Well, halleluja! It's been raining periodically for a couple of weeks now, sometimes fairly heavily. I own the 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and used the smoker at both Thanksgiving and Christmas and on Christmas it rained fairly heavily. Yeah, I know using the smoker in rain is not recommended, but I do have a pergola with shade cloth over it, so it was semi-protected and will get a pop-up for the future so I won't get caught out. Regardless, everything worked fine and after drying and covering the cooled smoker, I left it out in the rain under the cover and it worked just as advertised. The only thing that I would recommend you do is to put something like a small block of wood on top of the smoker before putting the cover on if your smoker needs to be under cover in the rain, as this will give the cover a peak at the top, allowing the water to run off more easily. Otherwise, it will pool on top (as the top of the smoker is flat...) and water will eventually find its way through as water does. The handles on the sides of the cover for easy deployment and removal and the tie downs at the bottom with cinching tabs are great and useful details that make this cover worth what they are charging for it. The cover is light, appears to be pretty durable and does what it's supposed to do - would buy again, no doubt.

Ordered to cover Masterbuilt JMSS 800-Watt Electric Vertical Smoker (Common: 30-in; Actual: 32.283-in). Fits perfect! And fabric is heavy duty as described. Can't comment on long term quality as far as fading and weather resistance, because just received, however, it looks very well made and I feel confident leaving smoker outside for summer months. For the price its a quality purchase and after seeing what available at the home depot and lower this is a good purchase. FYI, in my experience CoverMates make the best outdoor covers, however, this size was not available. I have a penthouse terrace in the East and the wind and colder months are brutal on outdoor covers. Coverlets are the only covers that don't break, fade and have the best clips to keep in place. Hope this review is helpful!

Great cover!
We have 30 inch electric masterbuilt smoker and this cover fits perfect! The cover arrived in a timely manner and the construction was satisfactory. It has been raining all day and the smoker is dry as a bone! I put a block on the top of the smoker under the cover to facilitate water run off as suggested by a previous review. I love the buckles on the bottom to keep the wind from blowing it off. I keep my smoker on our deck in NC so wind isn't much of a problem but it's nice to know it's not going anywhere if we get a crazy storm.

This is what a cover is supposed to be!
For my new Masterbuilt 30" smoker, I originally bought the Masterbuilt cover that goes with it. What a mistake. Used it for 3 days and then bought this cover. This is what a cover is supposed to be. The Masterbuilt cover was not even long enough to cover the controls at the bottom. This cover does that and it has straps on two of the corners to attach to the legs for even more security. The material is very heavy duty, especially when compared to the Masterbuilt's paper thin cover. I highly recommend this cover. Next to the digital thermometer, this is the best purchase I've made for the smoker.
