I love this machine. If you are looking to make your own mochas and don't want to spend a ton of money on a machine starting off, this is a perfect machine to start with. It is very easy to use, comes with instructions and is very clear cut on how to properly clean and take care of it. My biggest complaint, and I have seen other people in comments say the same thing, is that quite frequently it won't make the same amount of coffee to the water amount you put in it. I usually do not have any issues with this if I am making 2 cups, but every time I make 4, it will only give me maybe 3 cups. I will try turning it off, releasing the pressure and then turning it back on and seeing if it will pour the rest of the water left in it and it won't. I have to add a lil more water to the machine and then it will pour the rest of the water into the cup, although this can dilute the coffee taste if you use too much water. Very frustrating at times. 2nd complaint (and this one I don't find to be a big deal because its an easy fix) is the machine doesn't make super hot coffee. It makes hot coffee, but by the time you have poured it and fixed up your mocha, it is warm, and you will want to heat it up. I usually (call me crazy) will just put it in the microwave for maybe 15-20 secs and it will be perfect for drinking. What do you expect though from a machine this cheap? It serves its purpose in making the mocha I love to drink, and the little quirks it has are manageable. This machine has saved me a ton of money by making the coffee myself rather than spending the $5-$6 going to a cafe to buy it. I use it almost every day because my family are heavy coffee drinkers and love their mochas, and this machine in 1 month has saved probably close to $100 because we can just buy the syrup to make our favorite mocha whenever we want. My next machine I do intend to splurge and buy one of the more expensive ones since I am drinking coffee more than I did previously (I drink maybe 2 cups a week, not much but I am loving how much money I save by being able to make my own). I bought this one because I was not sure I was going to like making my own mochas, and did not want to invest a ton of money into a machine that would potentially be rarely used.

A Fun Machine & Great Coffee

I ordered this as a Christmas gift, hoping that I wasn't going too cheap on what was supposed to be, basically, an espresso maker. I read a lot of reviews of this and the much more expensive coffee makers and decided to take a chance. It's not only a neat looking little machine, taking up about the same amount of counter space as an electric mixer, but it turns out to be fun making espresso and lattes! No more waiting in line and paying coffee shop prices. It's also light enough to make storage in a cupboard easy if you're short on counter space. If you have qualms about making espresso or lattes yourself, the only thing to worry about is getting the right grind of coffee. Watch a couple of videos on YouTube!

Ahh... Espressos/Cappuccinos/Lattes etc. at home for a GREAT PRICE! (around $50 plus $10 for ground espresso beans, I chose Lily brand very delish, and a $10 milk frothing pitcher, lookup Dailyart -and get the 20oz, the 12oz is too small!) This little buddy (which looks sharp on your kitchen counter) delivers piping hot espresso! You pour in the water, flip on the on switch and it heats up quickly, load the cartridge (careful full is indeed a quadruple, match how full with how much you need in that moment and the amount of water you use) and after a few minutes when the light goes on, lock it in and start it up! The only key is you have to steam your milk while the machine is delivering the goods, not a big deal to me but you have about a 4-minute window... maybe there's another way but I think that's how it is, so be ready and enjoy the turbo jet boosted caffeine power of the Imusa USA 4 Cup Epic Electric Espresso/Cappuccino Maker 800 Watts (the official name!) ????☕

Six months

This was a great little machine for 6 months! This morning it started to smoke out and I averted a FIRE in my kitchen. Its in the trash :(

Great Espresso at a great price

I use this product to make a week's worth of espresso for iced lattes. It is very convenient to use, brews 4 shots of espresso very quickly. It has a very compact footprint so there's room to leave it on the counter all the time. The controls are easy to use and it has a very snug filter seal, so that there's no steam escaping during the brew cycle. All in all, a great performer for the price.
