Traveling Seat

Great toilet, we’ll made and works flawlessly!! Good install instructions. Packaged very well, no problems in that area. The only problem:::: the toilet seat and lid are poorly designed, the feet on the toilet seat are made of extremely hard plastic, and when resting on the toilet rim, it’s like ice skates, it slides everywhere!!!! I’ve tightened and adjusted this numerous times no luck. I wouldn’t buy this again, but it’s installed and I’ll make it work somehow!!

Looks good, quiet & quick; nice "hard" plastic cover, not easily broken I suspect.

The happy surprises are that the cover of the bowl is a hard plastic, not flimsy; also, the toilet is very quiet and quick. The unhappy surprise was that even though the longest and widest dimensions listed are correctly overall, the rounded base under the bowl left concrete floor space that I had to hire someone to tile to go with the rest of the bathroom floor. The older toilet covered more floor space even though it was the same length. So be sure to measure what you need between the longest and widest parts of the bowl, and the rounded support part under the bowl which is not as long as the top of the bowl and seat. Glad I purchased this *complete* set of hook-up-needed items for a reasonable price. Looks very nice and so far (two days), works well. I really like that it is quiet and quick.

Great toilet for all the bathrooms

This is a great toilet. It is compact, single piece, taller than the standard toilet, and looks beautiful. It functions well and the low flow is a nice touch. It’s been few weeks since the toilet was installed and working great so far. I ended up contacting the support team to resolve an issue and the support was prompt, responsive, and supportive of the issue and resolved it as soon as possible. I am very satisfied with the support service provided by the company and would recommend them without any hesitation.›

Better get your own washers. Other than that it's pretty good.

So far so good. It's small and looks great. Installation was easy except for one thing that made it last about a whole extra hour. The supplied washers are about as large as the holes they are meant to cover. So they'd just sink into those holes! And they are not magnetic so good luck pulling them out. We had to lift the toilet twice to get those washers out. Both times the wax gasket seal was broken, I hope that's okay and won't result in any leaks down the road. The seat could've been made from thicker plastic for the price. It looks nice though, closes quietly and was easy to install. I would've given this product 5 stars if the washers fit the product and the seat was sturdier.

Small toilet

This toilet is really small. I read the other reviews and looked at the measurements and since I was putting them (I bought 2) in small bathrooms, I figured what the heck, but it looks smaller in person. I purchased a full-sized Horow toilet for my powder room and wish I had gotten the same toilet in the master bath and the guest bath. This toilet says it is chair/comfort height, but it certainly doesn't look like it. The toilets are installed and I am keeping them. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with them except that it is difficult to get the seat bolts tight enough, but just know, its a SMALL toilet.

Great for small bathrooms

So first off, this is my first time installing a toilet, I've removed them before but never installed one. The instructions for installing this toilet was really easy to follow along so thank you for the manufacturers for doing this. This is also my first time having a dual flush system, as I've used them before in other people's houses, I myself have never used one in my home and will never be going back to the old way. The flushing system on this not only saves water but I love having the flusher on the top. From top to bottom, this thing is amazing. It works as it should and while I thought I had a big enough room, this toilet is great for small spaces because a regular toilet really does not fit in my space, as you can see. I thought this was going to be too small when it arrived but after using it for weeks now, no issues and this thing gets used numerous times daily. Super easy to clean too.

Great value for a small space

Using a no wax donut this was fairly easy to install by myself. I highly recommend using the fluid master no wax donut, especially if you're by yourself, as it is a little tough to hit the flange bolts with the toilet and you're likely to make a mess of a wax donut after multiple tries. Customer service was excellent and fairly prompt. I would recommend they include a diagram of all the parts, but the rest of the installation instructions were excellent.
