The threading does not seem to match reused pickle jars.

The threading on this lid does not match any jars I have. Before purchasing, verify that your jars have a single thread for the lid to grab onto as opposed to multiple threads. For instance; Mt. Olive pickle jars are incompatible with this lid. Secondly, the littlw grommet was torn on the one I received. I'm not sure how much of this is the brand and how much is just my luck or inadequate research, so I am hesitant to give this a poor rating.

Not 4 Inches

The lid I received is 4-1/8 inches. Too big for my 4" opening jar. The photo shows the lid I received as measured inner diameter Andy the lid that came with my jar fitting inside this lid.
