Comfortable stool

I ordered this stool for my bathroom counter. It is the perfect height for what I needed. It was easy to put together and is very study. The padded top is comfortable and easy to clean.

I love it!

I bought this to use at a vintage vanity that I restored! My son assembled it in less than 20 minutes, it looks GREAT and is solid! I'm sure I'll use it for a long time and would buy another one! This was a mid priced option for me that I opted to try- I'm glad I did!

Difficult to Assemble

The stool is beautiful and very comfortable, but it was terrible to assemble. The instructions are pretty much useless - I had to figure it out myself. It was necessary to partially assemble, and not tighten any of the screws, until every piece was in place. It’s the only way I could get the pieces to fit, and I ended up with a couple of scratches on the bottom ring, because I had to force it into place. It would have been helpful to have a second pair of hands. I also would have liked longer screws to attach the bottom ring. I tried to tighten the legs completely, but they did not fit well, and I couldn’t get the bottom ring in place. I then loosened all the screws, and was able to wiggle the pieces in place - with difficulty. The holes were really difficult to line up, and it took a great deal of force to get all the pieces in the right place, and ensure the legs were level. If you don’t have much hand strength, or mechanical aptitude, you might not be able to get the pieces to fit into place. I’m not sure how sturdy the stool will be. I would have liked the pieces to fit better, and for the bottom ring to have longer screws.

Kitchen Stool.

Stool bought for kitchen counter, 30 in. height. The stool was too low so we added 2 pieces of plywood underneath the seat and used 3-1/2 in. bolts to attach. The plywood is painted brown. The adds on are not noticeable. Perfect height now. We are expecting another stool this week. We would buy it again. D.M.
