Very uneven manufacturing

I bought this product because the engineering requirements for the project called for ring nails. The first two nails I pulled out of the box made me doubt that the correct product had been sent to me: I didn’t see any rings at all. In fact, there are nails in the box which look like the photo on the product page, but there are others in the same box that have no hint of rings on the shanks. Very uneven product quality.

Not available at my local hardware store

These specific fasteners are required for built-up columns on my deck and are hard to find in local stores. I was happy to find them on Amazon. They arrived quickly and should do nicely.
