unacceptable low setting.

Absolutely love the Grille for the most part. My only complaint is that the low heat setting is way too high. Can very easily burn food if not careful and attentive.

Very well made grill but....

This is a good grill. It's very well made, easy to light, has very good heat distribution and the heat control is excellent if you cook with high temperatures. It's great for grilling steaks and burgers but not so much for grilling chicken or fish. The heat retention is excellent but in part because of this heat retention combined with not being able to lower the flame enough you can't cook at low temps. Even with immediately turning the flame all the way down after ignition, with the lid closed you'll soon be up to a temp of 375. This high temp is very common with small portable gas grills from what I understand. If I could find a way to reduce the flow of gas before it reaches the control know, this would be an amazing grill.

Best small grill I’ve ever owned!

The portability, heat and quality are excellent. Just purchased a Ziggy stand and carrying case as well. This one is a keeper!

Broken handle

Purchased it as used....unfortunately the handle to lower and raise the top was broken in two....a purchaser before had tried to duck tape it together ....did not work....!.....so I sent it back.... never used it so can't give any more info....

Great for high heat steaks

If you like your steak medium rare with a crust, this is your grill. Just turn it up all the way, and within 10 minutes, you're ready to grill. Burner's very efficient with propane, as your tank will last, provided you just warm the grill up to temp well in the max red, do your steaks, then turn it off. Hot dogs/sausages in a flash at that temp. Best grill for this use I've ever had.
