Almost perfect except….

This is almost a universal wall remote. The only missing support is Linear/MultiCode 10 dip at 300mhz. I cannot imagine that it would have been that difficult to implement. I was hoping this unit could control both my garage opener AND my gate (MultiCode 300mhz).

Perfect for multi garage door applications

Bought this because I didn't want to have multiple garage door openers on my garage door wall. I have a two car garage door and a single car garage door and was able to pair this up to both effortlessly. Works as intended.

Easy way to add an extra opener

Our house is a new build and the open/close buttons were mounted by the house entry door. There were no open/close buttons next to the garage door itself. There were times I didn't want to walk over to the house entry door to hit the open/close switch. I first thought I would have to pay to have additional wired switches added, but then I found this Genie Universal Garage Door Opener Wireless Wall Console. It was a breeze to set up and mount and I couldn't be happier. It took maybe 15 minutes to set up and mount. It works great too. I highly recommend if this is compatible with your opener.

Doesn't pair with LiftMaster Security+ 2.0 opener

This device looks very nice and pairs easily with other Genie products. However, try as I might, I could not get it to pair with a LiftMaster opener. Genie customer support was not particularly responsive or helpful, though I enjoyed their response to my comment that the device might be defective, since it didn't work as intended and the sequence of LED lights during programming was not as expected. "No, I don't think it's defective," said the agent. "It just doesn't work."
