Worked good until

We have been using this a couple months now and it has worked good except you have to keep tightening the fasteners to keep it in proper position. Also one side of the nets have came loose from the sleeve that the pole slides through. This does get a lot of use but you'd think the sleeves would be double stitched to hold up from the basketballs hitting the net.

Mismanufactured U bolt

Ugh. I saw the poor reviews but hoped this would work out for me. My husband is currently in the garage trying to chop the poorly manufactured ends off of one of the U bolts as one side is too wide at the end for the plastic knob and the other side has leftover sharp edges that the plastic knob won't fit over. Yes, I can go to their site, email them and request a new U bolt, but this is too expensive to have poorly manufactured parts like this. I also don't want to have to wait to set it up until they can send me another U bolt. What a pain. I hope I end up being able to still use it and like it. :(

Not designed for square posts

BEWARE THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR SQUARE POSTS!!! The product images show a basketball hoop with a square post. This is false. The product is designed for a round post. That is why so many people are having problems with this product. People are attaching this to square posts like it shows in the pictures.

We purchased this to keep the ball going into side of neighbors house. Has served its purpose and actually a few friends have now purchased as well.

Saves time

We live in the woods., so the kids basketballs are constantly getting muddy or lost when they miss the hoop. This works well, was easy enough to put together and store in the winter.
