Outstanding quality.

2 of these were affixed to the 2 front gables of our home. They add wonderful curb appeal. The quality and price are tremendous as well as the ease of application. I am thrilled with the product.i was going to have a local merchant make a very similar style out of foam and concrete. The cost was going to be more than 5 times the cost of this product.

Looks ok but...

Product was exactly the size/shape I needed for my home. It arrived & I was disappointed that the "primer" on the item was a plastic like coating over heavy foam construction. The coating cracked and started flaking off before we even finished painting it. Amazon.com was great in working with me. We had no choice but to keep it as my contractor was already waiting on it to complete my siding job. We will, no doubt, have to replace the item as I have serious doubts on its durability over even a short period. If you have the luxury of being able to wait, I'd skip this item & get something much better constructed.

Gorgeous and functional gable vents!

These are exactly what my new workshop needed to dress it up and add some more ventilation at the roof peak. Perfectly cast, and able to directly take my exterior latex paint, the units mounted easily with some self tapping finish star screws.

Slits on functional version very minimal and very unevenly cut. Looks good from a distant though.
