Perfect Collendar

I almost passed this one up because of the price, but I’m so glad I didn’t. It’s well worth it. Drains food fast and efficiently, which doesn’t sound that much, but it does make a difference. Once you use it, you’ll see.

it's a strainer

It's a bowl with holes in it so it would be kinda hard to mess that up, but my one complaint is that after purchasing many all clad products I just assumed it was American made like the rest I have bought, but sadly is not.

A Level of Quality by Comparison

Apart from one very small but forgivable imperfection in the spot welding of the base during manufacture as it was made in China and Craftsmanship is always lacking. Still a better choice by comparison even though its somewhat over priced but I wouldn't have much to complain about if it was really made in the US or UK at this price. Having said all that I still went ahead and bought the 5 quart to use for other kitchen food processes. Apart from the one spot weld issue I would have surely given 5 stars.
