Let the facts WEIGH IN!

I am an institutional cook. I batch cook for 100 to 600 meals over a 3 hour period. Portion control is critical and with this scales large platform and the ability to weigh up to 66 pounds I can easily hit my metrics. I use it for weekly inventory as it is either plug in or battery. The stainless steel removable top is easy to sanitize. The 66# limit and tare feature allows me to weigh right in my hotel pans. It has a footprint of about 12x12 in. And while sturdily built still light weight. I like it so much I use the same one at home. Grams, ounce, ounce and pound or just pounds the mode feature puts you in control I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do.

Cottage Bakery Game Changer

My loaves are 900 g-1200 g and this is the perfect size to use for dividing in the cottage house/microbakery setting. I used a pan on top of a cheap Walmart scale, so you can imagine how fun that was trying to keep it from moving. Only downside is it doesn't stay on for long. And the cord doesn't usually come with it. It's optional.

Very inaccurate

We use this for a commercial kitchen and this scale is totally off at times. We can't even calibrate it, for a scale this pricey you would think that the accuracy on this is on point. We have had to throw out some baked goods because of this scale.

Christmas gift for my hard to please husband

My husband wanted a scale for his pizza dough but he is very picky...I purchased this one because it had high reviews and it does not disappoint! It is perfect for weighing, plug in or battery operated. Lightweight but durable, does not take up alot of space in our small kitchen.
