Good but pieces warp

Bought this puzzle two years ago for my 5 year old daughter. Its a great puzzle and very educational. The only issue is that very shirtly after being in the box the large pieces warp and bend, which make then difficult to place together. Its very frustrating as ever piece she puts together causes most of the puzzle to break apart.

Nice puzzle but warped pieces

This is a great puzzle with one exception, the pieces are just slightly warped so they don’t lay completely flat which means they bump out of place easily which frustrates my younger kids at times. But my daughter wanted a puzzle like the one from the episode “bingo” from blurt, with the puzzle with a kiwi bird, and this was just it.

Great concept, but damaged.

I was really excited for this puzzle because I love the design. My son loves finding all the animals and learning in what parts of the world they live. Unfortunately, I believe the puzzle I received was damaged, and have noticed some recent reviews referencing the same problem. Did something go wrong in one of their warehouses. All the pieces are warped, so the puzzle does not ‘click’ together or lay flat. I have not had this problem before with the same company. I tried to contact the company to get a replacement, but never heard back. I do like Crocodile Creek puzzles and the concepts within their designs, but this particular case is frustrating. I would happily give a 5-star review if their customer service could switch out the puzzle for one that is not warped.

Best puzzle company

This is a super awesome puzzle. Bought it for my 3.5 year old and with help to start off she was able to complete this. It's a floor sized puzzle and the picture quality is great. The figures are too cute. It's educational. She loves puzzles and now that she's 4, she has tons of this brand. I've pulled it out myself and done it when the kids are in bed as something to do while I watch Netflix, um sorry Amazon Prime Video. They make high quality, good kids puzzles

Great puzzle

Quality and concept is great, however this puzzle is hard for smaller kids because there is so much going on. Love that it’s large and kids can learn about America while assembling.

Well done, quality kids puzzle.

We got the puzzle in today and the kids loved it. They're 4&5 by the way, so they definitely needed help, but were actively in assembling it. It's a very good quality- the picture is well done, the pieces fit well with no shredding on edges like some cheaper puzzles. The stand up animals are a nice touch and the kids loved placing them on the map afterwards. They were immediately ready to dig into the Europe version by Crocodile Creek I ordered along with this one. Five stars. Would definitely recommend.

Usually sturdy puzzles, but this one is disappointingly warped.

I love Crocodile Creek puzzles because they are usually very solid, the pieces fit very well together. But for this particular puzzle, the cardboard is not as sturdy and the pieces are slightly warped like they have been exposed to humidity. The turned-up edges make it hard for my child to put and keep it together on the floor.

Thin, warped puzzle pieces

I have enjoyed previous crocodile creek puzzles I have purchased but this one was warped and difficult to put together. I was disappointed with this puzzle. The fun pieces to place on top of the puzzle we’re hard to balance because of the warping.

Definitely a great buy!!

What a great puzzle! My family had lots of fun putting it together! Big floor puzzle!! Funny too! The pieces are big, and easy for kids to handle and fit together! The stand up cut outs were a big hit!! Also, getting to learn about Canada while putting it together was the reason for the purchase!

Brilliant Puzzle!

Brilliant Puzzle!! Absolutely brilliant!! Great size pieces - each piece is a bit larger than 2 inches - a great concept for young kids to learn about world regions and animals - equally enjoyed by my almost 6 yr old and 3 yr old - makes the puzzle brilliantly educational as well with the nearly designed booklet having animals sorted world region wise which the 6 yr is curiously engaging with! The stand up animals provided also gives the kids an opportunity for games on the side! Very happy with the seller and with Amazon fulfilled prompt delivery as always! Much recommended!!
