A lifesaver

Look, when my baby was 3.5 months old she started a sleep regression and I read a bunch of reviews saying this was a great toy for helping babies soothe to sleep. And at 3.5 months, this toy was way too loud and bright for my little one. She would cry and squeeze her eyes shut when we turned it on. We gave her a few months and tried again and now this is our go to for naps. She fusses for like two minutes and then lays down and just watches and listens until she falls asleep. It’s baby magic! It is nice that it gets quieter and dimmer gradually so it’s not an abrupt turn off that wakes the baby

Perfect in crib

I bought this because my friend has the exact same one and I heard great things about it. My son loves it. He talks to the animals and knows how to turn it on and off. It's really cute. He is only 7 months. It plays for about 30 minutes and will automatically turn off. It requires 4 C batteries to operate and Includes a sea shell remote with a click on the button. You can set to just music or with movement and it looks like the fishes are swimming. I love this.

Love this product - but very loud

My daughter loves to look at this ocean scene every day before nap. However, the sound is way too loud in my opinion. I would give this 4 stars since my daughter really likes looking at this but the sound should have an option for a much quieter setting. Especially because a lot of parents seem to use this for calming their baby. I would suggest adding a much quieter setting. I like that it turns off after about 15 minutes of use. I also had to return the first one I purchased because one of the pieces squeaked and made a noise every time it moved up and down which was odd. The new one I received works well. Overall good product and my daughter loves it - but I would definitely recommend adding a much lower volume option.

This is great for my baby to sleep!

So my baby has had a hard time sleeping during the day, she is great at sleeping at night but nap time she struggles. In order to get her to sleep we have to hold her, and when we put her down she sleeps 30 mins tops. But she is 2 months old and needs more sleep. We put her in her crib with this and at first she just smiled and wiggled at the cute fish, but the next two times she actually fell asleep! I didn’t realize that it slowly faded out the sound and the light, which I like to save battery. The only problem was she woke up when the sound went out so I turned it back on with the handy remote and she went right back to sleep. So then I turned on ocean sounds on the speaker in her room as well so that when the toy went out, that sound would stay and this time she slept much better. We have yet to see if this has a long term positive effect, but I am hopeful! For now I am just grateful it gives my husband and I a few minutes to spend alone together and not have to entertain her.

1 main issue.

There’s no real volume control. There’s loud and almost loud lol. Other than that my son who is only 2.5 months old. Loves it. Loves the music. Will be laughing talking smiling he’s loves it, and that’s what’s most important to me. I will say he knows how to turn it on with his feet by kicking the button. Scared me afew times, but we saw it.

I’m 50/50 with this thing… I like that it occupies baby when I need to do something real quick.. but it doesn’t really put him to sleep because it’s so bright… you can’t control the brightness levels.. and the sound is too loud if you’re wanting baby to fall asleep to it.. we had to put tape over the speaker to muffle it a little.. it was better.. but it could still stand to be lower.. volume and brightness control would be great… definitely something to occupy a baby.. but help soothe to sleep

Wish it could plug in

Got this for me baby boy. He loves it he will watch almost every night before he goes to sleep. One down side there is no way to plug it in it only runs on batteries. So it is really annoying to have to buy new batteries twice a month.
