Many reviewers have had the same issue as me; in various riveter nut sets and mandrels purchased separately, the one stamped 10-32 is actually a 10-24. So in many sets you end up with two of 10-24, one which is incorrectly stamped 10-32. This item solves the problem for $4 - you don't need a top nut as the one from the wrongly marked 10-32 is the correct size.

Finally Got It Right !!
It took 5 tries, but I finally got the correctly threaded mandrel. I can't figure out why this was so difficult. They kept sending me mandrels that were threaded 10-24 ( even though they were marked 10-32). I was ready to give up trying, but thankfully I gave it one last try and they got it corrected.
