Nice but color is off

This is such a good buy! It’s sturdy, it opens and closes well. The top lines up with the bottom of the box. I have no complaints about the use of this item and how well it’s made. I gave it 4 stars because the color is off. I was expecting it to have some white washed paint over the top like in the photo but the box is actually more of a green color.

Unfinished wood. Will need cloth of some sort on inside.

I love this ! It is so sturdy and did not break as i installed latches on it for a lock! The inside isnt finished . I used an old pillowcase ???? and nailed it around to make the inside less rough for the storage im using it for. You dont want little pieces of wood on your objects.

Squires don’t get in

The media could not be loaded. We used this to make a snack case for the delivery drivers (Including Amazon Prime). Previously had a nylon wicker basket but the squirrels figured it out. Replaced with this one and it is great- solid, easy lid, lightweight and spacious.

A little disappointed.

These served the purpose needed....bought the large and small one. Large one came fine small one came damaged from shipping but not well put together. Cant image it left factory that way. Kept it as i liked it so husban is fixing.....didnt want to take time to mail back.

Perfect Size for Hallway-great value

Love this little piece. I took picture to show stairway for scale. We live in farmhouse with a rocking chair porch. This little chest holds our 'rocker blankets', so you can grab one on your way out with a coffee. It holds 4 folded throws easily. Narrow enough to not block the hallway. Well made and attractive finish. Worth the price!

More detail to inspection

Very dissatisfied with inspection before shipping. The screws for hinges that hold lid on the back were gone. Not even in box. After going threw my junk drawer I found screws and fixed it. I do love it but you need to be more attentive in inspecting items before shipping

Pretty Good

The wooden box is exactly the size as expected and looks terrific. I cut a slot on the top and attached a lock as the box was meant to hold wedding cards (with money). The main disappointment was the back side construction was rather flimsy and I had to put a thicker piece of wood to compensate. I think next time I will build my own box.

Comes with cracks and lots of damage.

Small box-Corner of box damaged; Lid sprung. Lots of cracks and scrapes. Not worth the price I paid for it. Not worth the price to send back. I use it for a foot stool and to store my photo and printer paper.

The color in the description (white) does not match the real color

I ordered this product because the picture and description show a white finishing, but I was very disappointed when I received it because it looks more brownish than white.

Do not buy!!

Definitely NOT worth the $75 dollars! Material is super cheap... feels like I could bust thru it with one finger. About as light as styrofoam. If this trunk was $5 maybe that would be about right. Now I’m stuck trying to find a box to send it back in.
