It’s so beautiful

The tank design is absolutely beautiful. It fits on my bedside dresser just fine. I just wish the cord for the light was longer. The pump didn’t work; I went to Walmart and brought a $9 pump. Other than that, setup was pretty easy. Had to use YouTube to figure out how the top cap fits. Pictured: biOrb Life 12 gallon MCR - comes with a remote controller. Many colors to choose from.

Design flaws

Beautiful tank, but DEFINITELY has design flaws. The remote control for the lights is basically a joke. On my second one (in 3 months) and it takes 2 minutes to get the thing to change colors. Plus the hole to feed the fish is so small, you get the food all over and gunk up the opening. Yet, people love it when they come over, it is pretty.

Looks amazing

I love my new aquarium, easy to set up, my only concern is how long will the filter last. The only problem is feeding the fish is such a hassle. You have to remove the top each time.

biOrb transformer problem

after I set up the aquarium, plug in the pump and light. I worked for a few minutes and just quit. First reaction is to look at the power source, then I notice the transformer input is 120VAC . Since this unit is supposed to be qualified for the Hong Hong market, so I assume the transformer will be those with 120-220 input. I am surprised to see we have this transformer included in this shipment. I like to see a correct transformer unit ship to me asap. thanks for your attention

Terrible Filter

It simply does not have a filter that supports the size of the tank, so pretty but so disappointing.
