OEM parts worth it

I had purchased two different carburetors that were the knock off of Nikki, caused the engine to Surge badly.I broke down and finally ordered this kt it is genuine OEM Briggs & Stratton packaging everything in the kit was needed and the engine runs like new again after a little cleanup.

As advertised

This kit was as advertised. It turned out that it didn't fix my problem so I ended up just going with a whole new carb. Either way, I can't fault the kit as it seemed like it had everything I would have needed to overhaul my carb. My only suggestions is that it could have come with some better instructions.

Good product, albeit a bit expensive

Parts matched perfectly, everything was there. The rebuild went well, I've got no complaints about the product itself. I do, however, feel like this is an expensive kit at $36. I can get a rebuild kit for my old Bel Air in the low $20's, which has larger and more expensive parts. Why is this thing $36?
