Great customer service and great product

We were disappointed that when I finally opened the package one of the finials was damaged and would not screw into a stripped attachment. We requested a replacement finial via Decopolitan's service website and not only did they send it to us for free, but they did it within a very short time! I did not have to get on the phone and the whole process could not be more convenient! Now that the rod is installed, it looks really great. This is a good product for a good price with great customer support.
