Works okay, missing parts

This product seems to be a good quality at a resonable price, with that said? Here is what I don't like. The Lockset is incomplete it only comes with a 2 3/4 inch striker that may not fit your door, if you need the smaller 2 3/8 size to install, it does not come with this kit. The Amazon listing does not mention this. I oredered a new door and after it was installed, I learned this the hard way, I had to run to my local locksmith and buy the smaller striker to install.The locksmith part was expensive? :(

require key to open all the time

Didn't release you need the key to open the lock every time. can't leave it unlocked. not what i needed

It it's nice, but I can't open the door with the key for the front, I mean the front part doesn't work

Price and Quality

Needed a commercial grade lock set as this door way gets used hundreds of times a day and I found the best price on Amazon. So far I have not had any issues with it and would buy again.
