For Drill/Screwdrivers

These bits are for use with drill/screwdrivers with the included adapter. They will not fit the handle of other precision screwdrivers.

Big headache reliefed

The previous owner installed a small TV mount on the wall . It can not support the 65 inch TV I have so I have to replace it with a new one . Unfortunately the old one with a security feature which all screwes are anti-thief screw . My existing tool can not handle it. This tool works just as it designed . Unscrewed those secure screw in just 5 minutes ! ! PS: don't understand the anti-thief TV mount design. The designer expecting someone would break in your home and spend 5 minutes to unscrew a 40 inch TV from a mount and take it away ???

Special tool for microwave

This worked great i was able to disassemble my microwave replace a fuse and reassemble and the microwave now works like new. This purchase was worth every dime and then some would definitely purchase again.

No Robertson Head drivers!!

As with the cordless drill I bought from Amazon, no Robertson head driver bit! The sturdiest, safest, easiest to use & one of the most common. An immediate return. I guess where these originate they don't use that bit type, so I'll beware if ever again ordering this type of product. For now, I'm twice snake-bitten with ordering this online & will use the nearest hardware store here in Canada. Before this experience, I'd never even seen a screwdriver bit *SET* with no Robertson. This is not on Amazon, as it's in no way their responsibility. Just glad I can easily & with no hassle return this product to more easily replace it.

Great but broke one already.

I bought this specifically because I needed one of the snake-eyes. First time it worked great, second time my boss jammed the snake-eye screw too hard and when I went to use it, the bit broke, so this kit lost one star because of that. Other than that, love the extension piece, and I've found myself using a few of the other bits too, even if I thought I never would.

Now I can take more things apart

Just the thing for those security fasteners. Vice grips work too but may scrape. Fixing things is becoming a lost art. These help a lot, even on a simple microwave oven.

Works well

The material of the bits worries me, in that it may not hold up to heavier use. However these are not marketed as such, so just a word of caution. The center holes in the security bits are not too well aligned, which so far I did not notice to cause fit issues, but points to the quality of manufacture. The case is great, keeps things secured and protected.

Had the bit I needed

Needed to access the phone company termination box on my garage to trace a cat line to the house. This gave me access; a Fox and Hound helped me trace the wire and find the termination in the house that the phone company tech couldn't locate. Saved a good sum finding it myself.
