Multiple uses!
I homeschool and thought it was a great addition to our learning resources. We use it for learning different shapes, Math lessons such as problem solving and when school is done our kids place the shapes together to make different patterns too.

These pattern blocks are a great accompaniment to a homeschool or a classroom. I purchased this smaller set to use at home with my young kids for matching, pattern recognition, use in playdough, etc. So far, we have had great success with these. I recommend looking around online for printables, like ours, that you can use to extend learning and playtime. The blocks are plastic but are durable and I am sure will last throughout the years. When they are in their storage bag (that comes with a ziploc sealer) they jangle which my infant loves to hear also. All in all you can't go wrong if you purchase this set or the larger ones. These will do just fine with 1-3 children doing an activity.

I got these for my daughter to use during homework sessions to allow her the same tools at home as in school. She has found uses beyond math for these fun little shapes, and being plastic, there is no worry of infiltrating microbes, mold, or mildew...as a nurse, this is important to me!

Good for children of various ages
Our little 2 1/2 year old granddaughter is not that interested in lining up the shapes to create larger shapes. They are small and hard to manoeuvre like a bit older child could. She picks up the shapes which is good for manual dexterity and she identifies them as to colour and shape. She loves to put them into containers which is good for manual dexterity.
