Very durable with aggressive chewers!

We have a dog that destroys almost every toy they're given, but this one lasts for months - the first one actually lasted almost a year and is one of his favorites! We call it his barbell, and he know exactly what we're talking about when we say that. Definitely worth getting!

Pitbull Proof!

I have two pitbulls who love chewing toys, it's hard for any type of toy to last more than a few days or a week, but this has lasted longer than expected! It's a very dense plastic but the pups love to play with it!

Great OUTDOOR toy

It’s great for my pit to play with, and so far it has proven to not be able to be torn up or chewed up by him (he’s VERY destructive). But, they’re too heavy for him to be able to play “fetch” with indoors. I love that he hasn’t been able to destroy it. Usually, he has his toys destroyed within an at hour, at most.

Durable dog toy

This dog toy is very durable. It’s a little on the heavy side if I’m throwing it to my dog, but she likes playing tug of war with it and carries it with her all over.

Lightweight???? HAAAA!

The media could not be loaded. His favorite so far. Not sure how long it will last but I'm hopeful. As far as lightweight, just don't let them drop it on your foot or you'll be headed to the ER. For real. This thing must have stainless steel inside. They don't call it a dumbell for nothing. It's got serious weight.

My dog loves this thing.

I have what is politely called an "aggressive chewer." In practice, this means that he can't have tennis balls (he literally sandpapered his teeth flat with a tennis ball in one day as a young dog), things like Jolly Balls have an intact lifespan of a few hours, he can grind down a raw bone to nothing in record time and, although he loves to fetch, his toys just don't survive. This thing has held up way better than I expected. The balls at the end make it less evenly weighted, so it's a little more interesting for him when thrown or bounced. It's a bit heavier than most balls which makes him work a bit if he's holding it off-balance, but be aware it's got some weight to it if that's an issue for your dog. He hasn't made a dent in it, despite chomping on his way back to me after catching. The ridges on the grip part both help clean his teeth and make it easier for me to get a grip on the thing amidst the sea of drool. Also, it's rubber so it can just be hosed off when it's disgusting. I rarely find toys that are this big of a win for my dog and also this cost-effective. Now, if Nerf would make a specialized thrower so I don't have to touch this thing when playing with my dog, it'd be perfect. For now, he loves it so much I'll put up with the slobber.

Robust and fit for purpose

As I have mentioned in some of my other reviews my pup is a ferocious chewer. I have bought many toys and most have ended up in pieces and thrown away. This is very solid and although it has teeth marks everywhere it is still complete and is a favourite. It is heavy as it is solid rubber so you really know about it if your dog drops it on your toes and it is a good size so it doesn't get lost under furniture very easily. The pup loves it and she uses it for tug of war, chew practice and loves to roll about on the floor with it - I think the weight being at both ends makes it interesting for this purpose. At last I have found a toy she can play with without being at risk from eating something not designed to be scoffed. The only flaw is the length of the middle bit - my pup loves to get hold of this bit and play tug of war with it - this leaves my fingers a bit exposed to accidental chewing if she changes her grip. Other than that I would recommend for a medium to large size dog who loves to chew.

My golden retriever usually chews things very quickly but this has held the test of time,very good product and still going strong.
