"woody" ornamental grasses - worked great!

Spring cutting of large ornamental grasses that become very thick and "woody" at the base over winter had been a challenge. A smaller corded trimmer worked, but required a lot of effort. The larger cutting gap on this trimmer, as well as the larger bar length, combined to greatly reduce effort and time to cut each of my many grass plantings. The additional benefit was being cordless! Battery life lasted longer than I would have expected.

Awesome tool

This toy is amazing, cut through my pampas grass that had grown for 3 years without being trimmed cut through it like hot knife through butter! I buy mostly Worx tools as they are the best in my opinion. Batteries hold a charge I am never disappointed with these tools

Cuts pretty good

Its light, portable, and can cut through almost every skinny branch. The thing will automatically stop if you cut a branch that is too thick or you hit a metal wire or fence. If you want to cut a branch that is a little too thick for a trimmer, using a fast swing motion tends to work for me.

Very Light weight! Not much power but blades come sharp and cuts well!

Very light weight! With the 2ah battery it does not have much power but it still cuts well. I have not gotten a chance to run it for a long period of time so I can’t say on battery life but over would be great to have a round the house.

Powerful cordless hedge trimmer that gets the job done.

This hedge trimmer is fantastic. I have a huge hedge that is roughly 12ft by 45ft and this thing trims the hedge like an expensive trimmer. It's easy to charge, and the charge lasts for a long time. I am going to buy the grass trimmer version of this. It feels durable and is so lightweight. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Buen producto, debe mejorar

The media could not be loaded. Me gustó que no pesa nada, es muy ligera, la apertura de navajas es de 3/4 corta lo que se le ponga enfrente. No me gustó que el clip de seguridad se safa y deja de hacer contacto apagandose muy seguido, no es fluido el trabajo, no puedes hacer movimientos hacia la izquierda y arriba, me dificultó mucho el trabajo. Qué lamentable que por este detalle se inutiliza la herramienta tuve que devolverla.

I had a corded trimmer, after receiving this unit and using it it’s amazing how fast trimming the hedge goes now. Don’t wait until it is all grown up, the trimmer has enough power to cut limbs 1/2” and bigger. Very happy with it. It is light and easy to wrangle, powerful. A joy to use.

It will trim your Spirea hedge

The wide spaced teeth could do some damage to body parts, so the design requires two hands on switches behind the guard. The speed of cutting is laid back compared to a corded trimmer but it does the job and the cordless freedom makes the job easier. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Best name for battery powered gardening tools

Worx gardening tools are very reliable, powerful and can get the job done without worrying about cords, gas and weight. This is another piece I just purchased. Trim branches and bushes like a charm. It’s so light and don’t feel tired finishing the entire 45 mins of battery life. Completely satisfied.
