Not like the old style

As per my husband, these are not the same as his other ones that he needed to replace. Same model number but the fit is terrible. Way too hard to put on, makes a noise when he walks and just overall uncomfortable. He will be buying a different pair soon. He has worn Wolverines for years and these are not like his others.

Boots were rubbing my ankle bad right out of the box

Boots were rubbing my ankle bad right out of the box. I put a piece of mole skin on the inside and solved that problem. Quickly learned they ARE NOT water proof from being out in the snow for a few hours. Since then i haven't been wearing them meaning to put some waterproofing on them. Overall I only have a few weeks of wear but they are comfortable. I used to buy Red Wings boots that were a similar style but they are over $200 and only lasted around a year so if these hold up i'll be very happy for the price.

Color you receive is inconsistent - light brown or dark brown

These fit very large. I went down a full size and it fit perfectly. Also I bought 3 pairs trying to find the right size and I got 2 dark brown and one light brown….I would love the light brown color but I don’t even know how to ensure I’d get it in my size. There is no color selection, just “brown”
