Does what its supposed to

Does what it's supposed to, turn things over. However the handle started to loosen within the first week of using it. I also don't like how it is weighted because when placing it on a table 'right side up' (i.e. the position you would hold it in to turn something) it will sit flat on the bottom of the metal, and if it has been used that means your table will get dirty or stuff from the table will get stuck to the bottom of the turner. You could place it 'upside down' but then the angle of the turner will cause grease and oils to run off the turner on to the table and the leading edge could pick up or leave stuff from/on the table. The handle should be weighted so that when placed on the table it rests on the handle and the bend of the metal piece, this will help avoid contamination between the turner and table, and would catch 50% of grease run off in the bend of the metal.

Good turner but not perfect

This is a pretty good turner. Its size makes it decent for turning burgers - I personally make my burgers a bit larger, but it works good nonetheless. I have also used it on my stainless griddle that I have on my grill - while it is OK, the edge is not perfectly finished, and it scratches a bit the surface. This is a very good value at this price point (about 6 bucks), but I find myself using more often theWinco TN48 instead, even for burgers, and even if they are pretty packed on my grill. That one is a very versatile turner (and at roughly the same price point), and if I had to choose I would just get the TN48.

Very solid for the price. Only reason for a 4 star review is the metal wobbles very slightly in the handle before any use. I don't see it being a problem but had it have been a secure fit I would have added an extra star. Still very heavy duty, enough so to smash a burger.
