Knives love this cutting board!

We've moved to using Epicurean boards exclusively as they're better for knives and for the hands holding the knives! They also wash well. I like this style because of the juice groove and the feet that don't fall off. We got one for ourselves and gifted another one. This one also had a great price at the time we ordered it.

Not plastic and works well

Wanted something not plastic to keep microplastics out of the environment. Also wanted something thin and light so a regular butcher block is too thick and heavy. Works well, have three different sizes for different tasks. Easy to clean.

Came Broken

This cutting board was described as having cosmetic imperfections, but it in fact came with a corner sheared off. This makes the board wobble and slide around, rendering its function impaired. Will update after I hear back from their customer service.

Beautiful wood cutting board

I ordered this board for my new kitchen, and it’s beautiful, sturdy and easy to clean. I did use the mineral oil the first week. Would recommend this cutting board.

Black particles flake off into your food 6 mo.

Had this 6 mo., Really liked it until black particles started flaking off in my food today, kind of upset about that. Never had this happen before with any cutting board, and I treat them well. Epicurean/Victorinox appear to have skipped the product testing over time step. I will be skipping them in the future.

Started to bow after a few days of use

I was really excited about this cutting board, and I spent a large amount of time researching cutting boards before I purchased this one. It came in a plastic envelope, so it arrived damaged on the edge. And then it also started to bow and bend after a couple times of washing it off in the sink after use. Pretty bummed. Had to return it.

Not very good

These things scratch deeply with any knife. Definitely not going purchase these in the future.

DO NOT BUY - PIECES OF PLASTIC FLAKE OFF

When i bought this cutting board I immedietely noticed a strong chemical odor. I thought it would go away and now i've had it for 9 months and it still smells. What is worse is that now small flakes of black plastic are coming off the board and getting into my food. I would strongly advise shoppers to look elsewhere - you get what you pay for!
