Dryer knobs

Did not fit my dryer

Signature required for UPS twice on this $5 item.

The knob is fine, works and fits perfectly, though I thought it was white but it is actually gray. I'll live with it. The biggest problem is that someone at Amazon has erroneously marked this as a signature required item. I'm not taking off work to sign for a dryer knob. When the first delivery attempt was made, I received an email that there was a problem with my delivery. After some checking, I found that this was going to require UPS signature. Then you have to set up a UPS account, which apparently was pointless because you cannot actually change the delivery options based on a UPS account without signing up for a different UPS choice or whatever account. Ridiculous! Called Amazon and they agreed, this was a $5 item and not worth this much trouble. He sent a new one. At that point, I was almost an hour into resolving the problem. Guess what? When the 2nd knob arrived, the package was also marked signature required! It just so happened that someone was able to sign for the first delivery. When the second knob arrived, someone happened to be available to sign for that one as well. Now I have received an email from Amazon telling me to return the first item, which was not necessary according to the guy who sent the second item. Round and round, total waste of my time. I'm just not dealing with it and they can charge my credit card for the extra five bucks. Do yourself a favor and find a different vendor or a different item to fit your dryer, unless you are hanging around and waiting for UPS to show up.

Exact replacement for original factory knob. Perfect fit and identical to original. Great overall value!!

Gotta be sure it’s clocked correctly.

On the back where it slips in is a D shaped hole, if it isn’t clocked correctly it won’t line up correctly. I bought this and it was off by quite a bit, I ended up going to a junk yard and pulling a bunch of knobs and found a matching set that worked for my dryer. As far as the product goes, everything seemed to be on good working order and it did what it was suppose to do, you just have to be sure that all parts are in the right spot

You want the best?

This is BY FAR, the best dryer timer control knob I've ever used in my entire life. From it's silky smoothness in between the fingers, to it's clutch performance, when you need to get a load going. Have I mentioned the best? It's the BEST. Get you one

BEWARE THE CHEAP PLASTIC HOUSING

PLEASE NOTE: While this did fit my washer, it snapped the water control out of the cheap plastic housing when I tried to snap it on. I highly recommend opening the control panel so you can push from the back of the switch while you snap the knob into place or you may also snap the plastic nubs holding the water control switch in place. I actually shaved the hole of the knob down a little bit with a razor blade as well to actually get it to fit.
