Looks nice but didn’t work for me

Not sure if I got a bad unit but the lights didn’t come on for me. Installation is pretty standard like other fixtures. Three wires: black, white, copper (ground). Connected all the proper wires…turned the power back on, flip the light switch and….nothing. Checked the wires to make sure they were hot with my tester and they were. But no lights. Tried changing bulbs…nothing. (Update: One of the wires in the fixture was loose. Once, I reconnected, it worked.). The lights look nice. The gold is a little cheap looking to me. I have another light fixture with brushed gold finish and that gold looks much better. Again…maybe I got a bad unit but the one I received didn’t work.

Good light, non-existent customer service

Westinghouse lights are pretty good overall, as long as you are lucky to have all the pieces included in your package. I installed quite a few of them,until one arrived missing the bracket and hardware. Those are specific, you can’t buy them anywhere. I reached out to the customer service on their phone lines, they kept hanging up on me. I used “missing part request” on their website and they never contacted me back. I even reached out on social media with the polite request for missing bracket, and once again they told me to use their customer service line. So, if you are lucky and get all the parts, it is a great looking light. If not, you will have to go through a hassle of return.

Top Quality Mid-century Glam

This fixture is suburb quality. It looks expensive! It's mid-century glam vibe is identical to the expensive lighting stores for a third of the price or less. It's 95% assembled! You don't have to do anything but chose your hanging length and attach the poles. The large diameter really makes a statement in the room. This is not always common with inexpensive fixtures. This was a very pleasant surprise upon opening the box. The brushed gold/brass finish is flawless. I have a satin brass theme and this finish is a perfect match without being too yellow or too brown. It's just right. The frosted glass globes are big! and even much larger than I expected. At first glance I thought they may be too big and "cartoon" looking, but they really do work with the design when light is hanging. Materials, parts, and construction are hefty feeling and nice quality. Good design work. You can tell that each piece of the fixture was a well thought out plan. Bright! With 6 lights - it lights up my entire great room area from living room and in to the kitchen. I'm thrilled with this fixture. I especially love that the glass has pretty standard hole size. Someday I can change the glass and transform this light in to something entirely different. It will be like the gift that keeps on giving. It's everything I would have expected from a brand that has been around forever.

Excellent Lighting For Home Dining room or Living room

This is a very high end quality lighting product set for anywhere in the home. Great for dining room, living room, home office, entertainment center area of the house so yes it will look amazing anywhere in your house. It's built with great quality of materials. It's easy to install (be electrical knowledgeable or hire an electrician) as it comes with instructions to get it setup and install. Be aware as on description that the light bulbs are not included and you can get them from any local store. Do I recommend it? Absolutely. This is my third purchase of this kind.

Luxe looking illumination

We were updating a 1980s era chandelier and wanted to go with something that still fit into the vibe of our home, while giving it a fresh update. I am in love with this light. It's plenty of light for our large dining room and looks amazing. We managed to install this without any issues relating to the light (our junction box was a whole other thing). This ended up being a fairly easy install and it looks so nice. The finishes look high end and the glass globes give it a soft white glow. My husband and I had it up and running in about an hour.

Worst construction

The media could not be loaded. As you guys can see from my video that this light fixture is beautiful. However, I'm giving it only one star because the design of the light fixture and structure of it was made horribly. This should have been a easy 30 minute project which took my husband 2 hours because the way the screws come out of the light fixture they are pointed downward and really wobbly. They did not stay in place when my husband was trying to screw the gold metal backing on to them. The bulbs are glass and the frame is metal. I wish that they could have constructed this a lot better, however they did not and it is disappointing. I wouldn't waste 100 bucks on this product because the construction is literally ridiculous.

Beautiful Fixture

Well made beautiful fixture at a reasonable price. I am in the process of doing some cosmetic updates to my grandmothers house and this worked perfectly! A+
