Works well, instructions leave a lot behind
I purchased this for my 2007 Outlander Max Xt 500. It is a great fit, and well hidden up out of the way. After installing, my wife and kids couldn't even see what I had done. The instructions are photocopied, and a bad copy to boot. I mostly just used my deductive reasoning and puzzle solving skills to get it put in place. The most difficult part I had was realizing the original winch mounting plate that came on the 4 wheeler needed to be removed all together. This new plow mount plate has the winch mount integrated into it. Once I figured that out, it was much easier to fit everything in place where it was suppose to go. The only other complaint I have is there needs to be some small piece of chain or cable that you can secure the mounting pins to the plow push tubes so they don't get lost when the plow is not mounted. Overall, it's a great system made by Warn, and well worth the money.

Perfect on my 2008 outlander 500! SO EASY TO MOUNT/DISMOUNT PLOW!
This worked perfectly on my 2008 outlander 500. Make sure you have the right tools and install wont be a problem. It took me a couple evenings to completely install. Its TOTALLY worth the time it takes to install tho, since after that the plow goes on or off it about 60 seconds. SO GLAD I went with the front-mount instead of the center mount. It's easy to get the blade way up and out of the way when needed. I don't even bother taking the plow off for a quick romp in the snowy fields after a driveway plow session. Here is my complete plow package BOM. All worked perfectly together and had complete hardware needed. I only give it 4 stars for the extremely poor assembly instructions. Otherwise great product. I did have to cut my from skid plates over A-arms slightly but once this fits in, it becomes structure for the Outlander. Seems well made. Can't wait until winter to use the plow.

This seems like a great concept compared to the old system I used to have that attached under the machine. It was a real pain to crawl around trying to hook up the arms. This thing just falls in place in about 60 seconds without any alignment problems or struggles getting the pins in place. Haven't done much with it yet but so far happy. Wasn't too hard to mount but buyers should know the mount also serves as a mounting plate for the winch.

You have to remove and reinstall the winch but this is an excellent mounting system. It does not take away from the ground clearance with the plow removed and makes installing/removing the plow very easy.

Well built.
Easy to install, no rust on paint after 2 seasons. Takes 5 minutes to set up plow. Do recommend getting a keeper made to protect jaws.

seems to be well built, instructions suck
This mount installed fairly easy but I have a very high mechanical aptitude. Instructions are extremely vague and pictures are worthless. If you have a wench, you must remove it, remove the mount it is bolted to and remount it to this plow kit. They don't discuss that in the instructions.
