This is a great product
My dog has periodontal disease. After numerous dental visits he has 14 teeth left. This kit has helped a great deal to stop the plaque growth on his teeth. He likes the flavor of the tooth paste. This makes it easier to brush his teeth. The enzymes in the tooth paste keep the teeth plaque free.

Works Great
My cat will not let me brush her teeth, but she thinks this is a “treat” and will lick/eat this. I give her a little 3 times a week. She is 6 and up until now, needed her teeth cleaned once a year. This year her teeth were graded 1 out of 4 do didn’t need her teeth cleaned. I also use Healthy Mouth.

I thought it would be difficult to get my dogs to cooperate. Once they got a taste they were good to go

The only one that actually works for my cat
My cat is 1.5 years old and vet recommended some toothbrushing habits to get rid of tartar. I tried 2 other brands and my cat was so scared and disgusted with the flavor of the paste. This one my kitty loves and even asks for more! Makes it easy. In the beginning she was vary of it, but it booped the paste onto her lips and she liked it!

Not suitable for my dog
Unfortunately my dog is allergic (diarrhea) to this toothpaste which was recommended by the vet. I’m sure other dogs may not have the same problem.

It actually works!!!
My standard schnauzer's teeth started to get a lot of tartar and plaque after he turned a year old. I tried Oxyfresh Dental Care Solution but it only made it breath smell better. The tartar build up was extending a several millimeters past his gum line and I was worried that he was going to need dental work. I bought this oral hygiene kit and brushed his teeth about twice a week for about a month and am amazed at the results! The build up was a solid, dark brown color but the first few millimeters have disappeared at several brushings! The first picture shows his teeth before it got really bad and then the second picture shows how the tartar build up has decreased after brushing his teeth several times. His breath doesn't really smell like anything either. I'm going to start increasing the teeth brushings now that he's used to the process!
