Typical Rope a bit stiff

The rope is a bit short would have likes a little bit longer and very stiff. The stiffness I hope works out the more we use it.

Don't worry about having to find or wait for a rope attachment again.

Stands out from the rest at the gym and saves my spot. Don't need to worry about having to look around for a rope or wait for one to become available. The only issue I have with this is that the end pieces are hard plastic and can get uncomfortable. I'd much prefer a firm-rubber material.

Works great for preacher curl machine

I bought a squat rack and weight bench that has a preacher curl attachment. Unfortunately, the solid aluminum preacher curl handle is not at an optimum angle (like an EZ curl bar is). I didn't want to go crazy on an expensive attachment replacement and wanted something with some flexibility to it. After searching through a few triceps pull down rope handles, I decided on these. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. These are nice and thick and easy to get a good grip on. Very easy to attach to my preacher curl attachment and looks like it will last quite a while. Having different color options was a nice touch too.

Can't beat the price

The rope itself is very sturdy. The knobs on the end seem to not be the best quality, but for $10 this is a great addition to the home gym. Worth the money for sure! Will update this if I run into any issues in the future.

Sturdy Ropes and Needed During Pandemic

I go to a gym on a military base and due to COVID-19 they took all of the ropes, bands, etc., out of the gym because that type of material cannot be cleaned the same as the metal bars and leather benches/seats. I ordered the Emoly rope because I missed doing rope pull downs and extensions. The Emoly is durable and sturdy. I have the bi-color blue and black. It looks great and I don’t want it to get mixed up with the gym’s ropes once they come back.

Distinct Colors Help You Stand Out In The Gym

In a post COVID-19 world, my local gym removed the rope attachments from the cable station. I ordered this one and quickly also engraved my initials in it. The distinct red and black colors (my sister ordered a blue and black version), are easy to spot and to claim your position at a station if you are working on another machine during your weight circuit. It's sturdy, and good quality. I also feel it encourages me to go to the gym more often and I have also discovered new rope attachment exercises to get even more use out of it. I highly recommend!
