Easy to get cats in, feels a little "flimsy" but have used for very heavy (18-20lb) cats
I bought this for the ease of entry-voluntary or otherwise (mostly otherwise). I always am nervous about door popping open so I bought a suitcase strap, and i use that to strap around the door, under the handle and that makes me much more comfortable with it. When you have a heavy cat, those big front door carriers with the edge that sticks out, banging into your side, are so hard to carry. Those zipper ones, forget it none of them have locking zippers, cats can push right through them. This is much better. Still waiting for one designed like a laundry basket, with a curve to accommodate the body of the human carrying it.

Great for Wildlife Rescue
I am a wildlife rehabber. I love using these to pick up juvenile/adult raccoons, adult opossums and fawns. It so much easier for me to put an animal that is on my catch pole into this crate compared to the traditional dog or cat crates that have the metal door in the front. Fawns can lie down comfortably and be secure during transport. I also like that they collapse when not in use. I do recommend securing the sides with tie wraps if you are transporting adult raccoons because they may pop the sides down and get loose. I have about 15 of these in the XL size and 10 in the regular size.

Works great for dogs too!
My 14 lb mini dachshund fits well in this crate. It feels sturdy enough where it won’t collapse for no reason. Keep in mind that the door isn’t the most secure, but if your dog isn’t pawing at it, they’ll be fine. Folding this and storing is a breeze.

This cage is the cat’s meow!
I love this cat cage! Found one several years ago at Walmart and decided to try it. Best cat cage I’ve ever used! Easy front loading, easy to assemble and breakdown (space saving). Comes with a washable bed for kitty. Fits up to 25 pounds I believe. My vet loves these cages as well! It’s so easy to get kitty inside and out. No struggling, no stress! Just bought 7 of them for my 7 cats!

Great for calm 20lb cat; Or transporting an injured bird.
My cat has always hated boxes and carts, but he tolerates this one! He was calm and comfortable in the kennel. He's a 20 lbs cat, and this crate was perfect for him. We even used this to house a stray, injured bird for the weekend. This kennel is NOT for feral cats or cats who will fight at the gate. The lock on this kennel is a simple turn, so only get this kennel if your cat is pretty mellow.

These are so easy
A cat rescue where I volunteer uses these almost exclusively. It is easy to get a cat into them (often a problem with other carriers), and there’s plenty of room for the cat. I was able to give away my other, much bulkier carriers. These are easy to clean and very easy to store.

Very easy to put up with good simple instructions
Very easy to put up with good simple instructions. Seems flimsy at first but once locked in place the carrier is strong. Excellent size when up, more than big enough for our medium size cat. The opening is just how it should be; no struggling to get a reluctant animal into a box or bag, and the door closes tight with one click, so simple, no stress for cat or its carer. After unpacking we put the carrier in a familiar place so cat could get used to it. She sat in it for few minutes after side stepping it for a few days, then didn't bother with it again. We've packed it away knowing the cat won't be bothered when it's used to take her to vet. Expensive but there's a cost to innovation. Recommend buy.

Muy práctica y útil
The media could not be loaded. Muy cómoda para trasladar solo hay que manipularla con cuidado. El cojin la hace atractiva para ellos y a gusto que con las rejillas están frescos y los puedes tocar si se asustan caben tus dedos. Muy buena elección. Para la salida al veterinario es muy práctica, en avión nunca la hemos probado ni en autobús. Los lados son un poco inestables solo al que cuidar que no se golpeen en el camino o el gato los jale en exceso (como son plegables). Pero si tomas las medidas necesarias es perfecta!

Really is XL!
I hate normal carriers! My cats like to travel together and I found the normal ones difficult to store, difficult to get the cats into, too small for the two of them unless I got some obscene large dog size that was too tall etc. This carrier is awesome! Can’t attest to its holding up over time as haven’t had it long but it seems sturdy enough. The front door is a really cool feature - so big and no more having to squeeze the cats through a scary tunnel. So open with many air holes that I feel like the cats are less claustrophobic. Nice wipeable material (my one cat pees in carriers constantly!!). Both of my cats 12ish lbs each can fit side by side no problem. The best part is that it folds easily for easy storage! Especially given its price compared to far inferior carriers I am very happy with this carrier! I never want to go back to the old style again,

This is by far the best carrier I've purchased. ALL of its predecessors were too small, and my cat is average-sized. Jonesy, the model, is 13.3 lbs and long in the body. He can sit up comfortably, thanks to the triangular shape. He can stretch out, which is perfect for long and or stressful trips. I purchased an inner bed separately (any 23 -24" bed will fit perfectly). It's easily collapsed, folded, and very lightweight. I even use it as an at-home cubby. Well constructed and another bonus is it's made in the USA. Superior in every way. ***Note this will NOT fit under an airline seat, but the smaller version likely would.***
