Beautiful, Soft, but...

It's a lovely blanket, exactly what I was looking for. The problem is the stripes on the King size go the wrong way. When it's put on with the stripes horizontal the long length is top to bottom and the sides are short. Too bad. It really is nice.

Nice weight, not as soft as I would have thought knowing the typical quality of Tommy Bahama.

This is a nice looking blanket and I like the weight of it. I thought it would soften up a bit after a couple of washings, but so far it is still a bit scratchy. Tommy Bahama is usually known for their soft fabrics, so I would have thought this would be more soft and comfortable.

Nice blanket overall

There were a few spots where the wrong color thread was used, and they look like small stains on this new blanket. Possible these are factory rejects. But, it is small and otherwise the blanket is very nice.

Nice Blanket.....BUT

Liked Weight, Comfort & Softness. Very disappointed in blanket's width. Purchased a king size blanket for my queen size bed; width of blanket is less than that of my queen size top sheet. I can't even tuck it in!!!! My real rating would be a 3.5; I do give a nod to quality materials.

I use it year round and it fits perfectly on a deep mattress. Nice lightweight so paired with a quilt it is great.

Great blanket - No shedding problems

This is a lovely blanket! Soft, medium weight, well made! The first thing I did when I received it was throw it in the washer (something I do with every fabric item I purchase). I came out soft and maintained its shape well. I don't understand the comments about shedding excessively in the wash! There was a good amount of lint in the dryer but no problem with shedding in the washer. I washed and dried it by itself...perhaps if you wash it with other laundry there would be a problem but I don't see why anyone wouldn't anticipate that. Love the blanket!

The blanket is nice but does have some flaws.

I really loved the blanket but it has flaws in the threads. They should have said that the blanket has flaws. I didn't send it back because who knows if there is one out there without any flaws.
