First one I bought was silent, this one ticks

I have a blue version that I bought in 2020 to help me focus while working from home. Loved how I could use it for the pomodoro method, but visually. I am sensitive to sounds and distractions and I loved how it did not tick. I ordered a new green one for my new workplace and I was sad to discover that it ticks now, even if the timer isn’t set. Sending it back, unfortunately.

Helpful for my toddler

My 2 year old still doesn't have any concept of time so this has helped us practice visually showing her how long we need to wait for. This has especially been helpful for putting a timer on TV usage but also a fun way to wait for cookies in the oven : )

Completely Silent while counting down

I thought it wasn't working after I put the battery in, but it started moving and it made absolutely NO noise! The timer beeper can be turned off. It makes a double-beep 4x and then stops. I only wish It had a couple of level settings for the beep, it is louder than I'd like. I put some tape over it to soften it a bit. The green is a nice color, looks like the photos, and is sleek and clean looking.

Simple, cute, useful timer

I have wanted a visual timer for a long time after using one in the classroom. When I saw the fern green one come out, I got that one so it would match my style. The timer is thinner than the photos on here made it seem. It's not as chunky. This is good because it takes up less space and is more portable in s backpack. It takes 1 battery. The back also has the volume switch. I notice it does beep more than one series of beeps which can be annoying. How do I make it stop? One night, it also started beeping out of nowhere. First every 5min then every 1 min. It was annoying while sleeping. I use this only for studying. It has been a great aid overall. I like the minimalistic look of it. The packing was also neat. I'm happy with it.

Great for anyone with ADHD

My friend recommended this to me. It’s a great tool to have to either ensure you are aware of time so you aren’t late. (5 minutes to shower 5 for makeup.. etc) Bc of this idea it’s helped me better understand how long things actually take for me to complete. I would say it would benefit for task completion. (Clean your kitchen for 15 minutes). Simple and effective

Super Sache, hier ein paar Infos

1. Da hört man kein Ticken. Leute die da was ticken hören haben vielleicht ein Montagsprodukt erwischt. 2. Das Ding hat 2 Einstellungen: Lautlos (kein Alarm) und mit Alarm (klingelt 4 Mal mit 2 Wecker-Tönen. Nicht zu laut aber auch noch aus einem Nebenzimmer zu hören bei offener Tür. 3. Ich bin kein Kind sondern habe es mir wegen meinem ADHS geholt. Damit ich öfters auf die Zeit achte oder mich motiviere Dinge zu tun (z.B. 20 Minuten aufräumen oder mit Promodoro-Technik arbeiten). So etwas visuell vor sich zu sehen ist eine große Hilfe. Alles in allem habe ich mir das Produkt genau so vorgestellt und es ist perfekt für das was ich damit vorhatte.

Billig verarbeitet, sehr kurzes Signal

Ich wollte ein Original time Timer Produkt kaufen, da ich Qualität bevorzuge. Leider ist der Timer sehr billig verarbeitet, geradezu „klapprig“ und macht einen sehr fragilen Eindruck. Für das Geld ist das so gerade noch okay, aber ich hätte etwas Anderes erwartet. Das Signal piepst genau 4x und das war’s. Auch nicht sonderlich laut, so dass ich es vom Nebenzimmer nicht hörte. Schade…

Unser Lebensretter

Wir lieben diesen Timer. Mittlerweile haben wir 2 Stück davon. Und er wird morgens das erste Mal gestellt. Wie lange unser Sohn noch im Bett kuscheln kann bevor er sich anziehen muss. Wie viel Zeit ihm bleibt bis es in die Schule geht, bis Besuch kommt, bis wir los müssen, wann die Hausaufgaben starten wann er ins Bett muss. Nicht ganz günstig. Aber robust und bei uns im Dauereinsatz. 5 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
