Decent mouth guard with storage box.

You must have a mouth guard for high impact, high and rough contact sports, like rugby or boxing/spatting. My son has been using this one and it's decent. I love that it comes with a storage box, which is so much better and more sanitary than carrying it around in your bag or pocket, or in a baggie.

Nice mouth guard great storage container

My daughter just started playing rugby (yikes) and needed to have a mouth guard. I got this one and it was very easy to put into hot water mold it to her mouth and fits great period we did not have to trim it so that was really a nice thing to do she's just a 12-year-old and did her mouth really nicely. I also like that it comes with a case that is easy to use and take with her everywhere her mouth guard has to go. I'll put her name on it because I know it's going to come out of it but it's see-through unlike the retainer cases that we've had in the past period so it's obvious what it is and it's easy to snap shut really firmly so it doesn't fall open and the mouth guard fall out it's sturdy enough but also extraordinarily lightweight period all in all this is a really great set

Instructions would be helpful

No instructions come with this mouth guard, or are found on the product page. Do you boil or microwave it to make it malleable? The size seems more like a child's mouth guard.

Great For Football and Other Sports.

I got this for my brother as he’s been having practice for the school football season coming up. He said they were very comfortable and stayed in good while he was running on the field. Definitely helped protect his teeth during those hard hits! The fact that it comes with a case is amazing and very much needed!

Fits comfortably

My kids do boxing so these are a must have in our household. The kids say they fit perfectly and doesn't hurt their mouths like most of them do. Perfect item. If your into sports then this one is a must.

Comfortable to use while wearing a mask

My son uses this for football & says it's very comfortable...With having to wear a mask the usual mouth guard was impossible to use. He is very pleased with this product & recommended it to all the other players on his team
