I gave it a 4 because overall it looks nice

Read this review before purchasing. I read all of the reviews, some after I had already purchased the cabinet. I actually exchanged a cabinet I had for this one, only because it looked better suited for what I wanted it for. I bought it to convert it into a humidor. The round cam locks for the base of the cabinet are terrible. However, the ones for the very top piece are good. I strongly suggest adding wood or Gorilla glue to each hole before placing the dowels. I also suggest adding flat L brackets on the inside of the door and regular L and straight brackets wherever there is a cam lock to be safe. I also added clear gorilla glue to the back panel before I added the screws and on the drawer then I assembled it. The screws used to assemble the drawer just keep turning, so you want to ensure it doesnt just fall apart. The middle shelf is mandatory for stability, but Im not adding the additional two shelves. I plan on painting this and adding what is need for the conversion, but heres a pic of how it looks now. I will update once its complete. *UPDATE* I've completed converting the cabinet into a humidor. It is stable and looks great.

Looks just like the picture

I was surprised that it really looks like the picture. The inside shelves are cheaper laminated wood but you really don’t notice when it’s filled. The only thing I didn’t like was the hardware was poor quality and they bent easily, one actually broke and there weren’t any extras. For the price I paid it was a good purchase.

Okay for the Money

You get what you pay for and this is just about worth the money. The fact that the back panels did not line up with the holes and were too short was annoying, but somewhat expected from a Chinese made product.

2 Door Wall Cabinet

Both came in very dirty, scratches, a couple of doors did not get finished so they look crusty, a piece of the door was lifted up so needs to be glued, the holders for the glass were twisted and not straight. One piece even had a foot print on it and you don't even want to see the cloth that we cleaned them with. Boxes were damaged but the cabinet's were safe so they were packed very well!! This is a beautiful cabinet but much more care needs to go to the warehouse where the merchandise is kept.

Instructions details lacking

The product is as described. Packed nicely. It is a little cheap looking but works nicely for the use I needed. On the instructions it does not include the routing detail on the back pieces for the back to be screwed into. The B piece does not show the screw holes for the door, I mistakenly screwed my B piece on the left side. I had to undo the sides. Beware of the middle shelf to make sure the finished side faces front. I used books and magazines to steady the door when screwing it in place. It does take a little while to assemble and it is worth it.

I Recommend Reading This Before Buying

I’m recommending that you read all of this before buying. I read all of the reviews before buying and, as usual, they were mixed but most saying that it’s easy to assemble. I’m not afraid of assembling things, I have three grown kids who had all manner of things that had to be assembled and I did well. I’ve also had my fair share of IKEA assemblies and lived to tell about those too. There are a couple of reviews here that said they returned this for different reasons but I don’t know how you do that with any ease because it weighs 50+ pounds and once it’s unpacked it would be like putting toothpaste back in the tube. I’ll get to the nitty gritty now. If you are well skilled (I thought I was) at the theoretically well engineered nut-screw, AKA IKEA go to, you will be better ????????at this. Even getting those in it didn’t make the cabinet stable. We added the brackets as shown in my photos and it helped a lot. The flimsy back piece is important to stability but needs better screws than what comes with it. I could tell how much better it was after using slightly longer and more beefy screws. All this said it is a nice cabinet, not an heirloom piece, but good.

A Decent cabinet, once you get it assembled and braced. Assembly is aggravating!

You need patience to put it together and the tools shown in the photos. Cam lock connectors have been around a long time but the problem that occurred was that the holes were drilled too deep and slightly too large for the cams. This allowed for the cams to move and not line up. Fortunately, you can put the cams in after you put the pieces together allowing them for fit over the head of the connector and then tighten. You will need a stubby screwdriver or an offset one to tighten the cams for one of the shelves. I also had a problem with the top section separating from the bottom after assembly due to the connectors pulling out of the plastic inserts or rather, the plastic inserts pulling out of the wood. Use 2 flat brackets or braces(as in photo - not provided) on the back of the cabinet to secure top to the bottom section. You will need to drill pilot holes before connecting braces. It is tall and narrow so you will need to use the connector strap to secure it to the wall. The cabinet materials ( shelves and uprights) are sturdy and well made and it looks good when fully assembled. There was one hole in one of the drawer sides that was not pre drilled. Be careful attaching the back panel as the screws provided will strip out easily if over tightened. Would also recommend gluing the dowels in as they fit somewhat loose. Surprisingly, given all the assembly issues, the glass door fit on straight and even when it was attached.

The perfect fit, the perfect color, the perfect cabinet for our condo

We purchased this little cabinet and are very happy with it. The front glass doors gives us a glamours look. It arrived on time, was flat packed so some assembly was required, but the assembly was very simple. All what was needed was one screwdriver. This little gem has given us the storage space we needed in our new small space!

Looks great!

This arrived undamaged and in a pretty short time. Assembly was very easy! We put it in the kitchen for extra storage for a Pioneer Woman dish collection. So nice to be able to display them through the glass doors!

This book case is just what I wanted: small, sealed, and inexpensive. Do not expect a large, solid book case for this price.
