I started Using the shampoo as a transition from my normal color to my new gray color as it was growing out, my stylist had recommended it when I went in to get my haircut and said it helps with the brightness of your hair color to tone down the brassiness you sometimes can get when your hair is gray. I never received compliments on my hair when I paid good money to have it dyed, But when I started using this shampoo on my gray hair, everybody is like I love the color of your hair, so I will continue to use it for every shampoo.

Product condition on delivery
The product was damaged in shipping. The pump doesn’t work and about a third of the shampoo had leaked out into the packaging and the shipping box. I have purchased the product before and love the shampoo, but disappointed with delivery this time.

It does the job of whitening with a bonus
I buy this product because it not only whitens my gray hair it also gives it a sparkle. As for conditioning I've never trusted any product to do more than its main purpose so I also buy the conditioner. I have never been disappointed in the results. I've tried other products and none works as well as this one. I have a full head of gray hair. When comparing it with the others they don't provide that sparkle, my gray hair looks dull and has no shine.

Purple Toner Shampoo
Bought this to tone my blonde wig so it could fit my complexion and it did a great job. The only problem is that it leaves a smell that is hard to get rid of but otherwise it does what it supposed to‼️

Smells like moth balls and incense…
I used this product as directed and it did not make much of a change, if any, to the brassy tone to my hair. The product smells…. Unpleasant. It smells strongly like moth balls and incense. The smell lingers in your hair. I washed my hair with it a day ago and it’s still overwhelming. I bought the full size bottle and I hate to waste things I buy but I can’t use this again!

BEST EFFECT EVER
I have naturally white/blonde hair which tends to yellow slightly now and again.....by using this every 3rd shampoo it keeps the yellow away beautifully - leave on for about 3 minutes after fully rubbing it into every section thoroughly and you'll be delighted by the results - such a tiny, tiny hint of ash/purple - so cool......really nice smell too....
