Very Little Throw

Friday Collective is under the same umbrella as Yankee Candle, so I expected this to at least behave like a candle in this price range should. It came beautifully presented, in a branded box with a lovely molded shell to keep it intact. Out of the box it seemed highly scented, Day Party is more of a beachy rather than true citrus scent when smelling it un-lit. Unfortunately when lit this candle has very little throw, and the scent it gives off when burning isn't at all what it smells like when not lit. It turns into a heavy vanilla scent with the slightest tinge of lemon. The candle burned clean, the wicks were nice, it pooled well, and gave off no headache inducing scents, so it definitely had that going for it. I think the issue with this candle is that Day Party just doesn't translate well once burned.

If Happy were a scent

I'm a total citrus person, so if Happy were a scent, this would be mine. Just opening the box and made me happy. The pretty yellow holographic finish of the candle jar and the scent makes me think of sunshine. This is a short three wick and it doesn't come with a cover. Since I have free flying birds in my house, I don't burn candles but I use a candle warmer light so as this is a three wick, it's little large for my warmer. I'm still going use it, I just won't get the most out of the area of the 3 wick unless I rotate the candle under my warmer.

YUMMMMM!!!

OMGGG I could smell this through the box! And for a purchase that was scent unsniffed, I have to say, I'm very pleased. The packaging is really cute too!!! Day Party: Citrus-scent

Overpriced. Pretty candle dish and that’s it!

These were priced affordably I purchased SIX OF THESE candles, some have NO SCENT. THEY ALL PUDDLE WAX. They are grossly over priced, and although that container is very attractive, aesthetically the candles have very little sent. The wick burns in consistently, and you cannot burn them more than two hours without total candlewax paddling. This was a real production miss! save your money. I wish I would’ve purchase one candle first lesson learned. RETURN 4
