High quality
I have two 100lb dogs on this double leash. It is definitely heavy duty and looks to be of high quality. I have been using it for a month now with no noticeable wear/tear which is pretty good considering my dog's size and lack of training with walking like this. I do wish it was a little bit longer as my dogs are forced to be pretty close to each other - one can't sniff the ground unless the other is right there standing still or doing the same. It would also be nice if it had some shock absorption to it - right now when one wants to start moving again, the other has very little time to react before their neck is jerked. I feel like it has limited use because of this - it is just for orderly walking. My dogs are both pretty relaxed and they really like each other - I wonder how two big dogs that don't want to walk side by side at the same pace all the time would take it.

It's NOT 30"
No particular complaints about the quality. However, I bought this item based upon the claimed product dimensions "Product Dimensions: 30 x 1 x 0.2 inches ; 3.4 ounces" It is NOT 30" long, more like 27-1/4" between the tips of the snaps, and only 22" of fabric length. Length is important to me, because I want to give each dog a little manouvering room, particularly when one wants to do it's business. This item is going back.

Good quality
The leash connector is awesome when you have two dogs, and is a lot easier than holding two leashes. This one is really high qualtiy, and is the perfect length to give your dogs enough room...but not too much. My one complaint about this product is the latch end. The latches have a very small opening and may not work with all collars, especially if they have a thicker ring to hook the leash to. We personally had problems with this product hooking up to a XL choke collar. All in all, despite the concerns over latches, I really like this product.

Don't know that puppy should be in the product description
Was very excited to receive this and put it to use but quite frankly the metal clasp are simply too darn heavy for my puppy. If you have a regular sized dog these are excellent but I don't recommend for smaller pups.

I love all my stunt puppy leashes & collars & this is a great way for me to walk my 2 large (95lb German Shepard mix & 85lb boxer pit pull mix) dogs without tangling leashes. For anyone who is trying to teach large dogs how to "pack walk" this is a great way to do it- I use the coupler with my stunt puppy leash (that latches around my waist) & I will actually walk with the split coupler BEHIND my legs so I have a dog on each side (note that it hits me above the knees when I do this, if it hits lower then your knees be careful not to get cloths-lined) this way both dogs are easily within reach & neither of them tries to pull to get out in front of the other! I am a young lady who live in a not so great part of town & normally when I'm walking with my dog people are afraid of those breeds & will cross the street... the funny thing is when they yell from across the street to tell me how well behaved my dogs are! lol

This coupler rocks!
I was debating between this and another popular handsfree leash system. Both rated well but I couldn't decide. This coupler is the reason I went this way. When I got it I thought it was too short. We have two Shepard mixes about 65 lbs. and about the same height. If your dogs are way different heights, it may not work as well. This coupler is perfect. It keeps the dogs from crossing over each other. It keeps them both moving forward rather than one running forward and the other stopping to smell the roses. I think it's good for us too because we just adopted a new dog and the daily runs seems to be bringing us all together as a pack very well. They are definitely a Team. I'm very happy with this coupler and the system over all.

A bit too short for large breeds
Don't recommend for large dogs, separation isn't quite enough. My boxers ended up fighting on the split leash.

Strong enough for 120 lbs worth of labs
Great product, but wish it were a tad longer. I use this on two labs, so they have to stay a bit closer together due to the length restraints. But it does keep them walking forward and not all over the place. It's also strong enough to hold two eager labs!

A solution to the ongoing mess of two leashes
Overall, this is an awesome addition to an already wonderful product (the Stunt Puppy leash). The only reason it doesn't get a 5* review from me is that there are times when I wish the coupler was just a little bit longer. If I attach it to the top of the dog's harness' it's mostly great, but when I attach both dogs to the front part of their harness (to discourage pulling), this really limits their movement (45-50lb dogs for reference). Again, overall, this is so great to have. I'd highly recommend it.

Okay for dog-in-front walking
This works well for walking two dogs together, but they have to walk in front of you -- can't be used in a heel position. Also the buckles are quite heavy and will tend to pull down on the collar which is not great if you're training for a pressure-release walk.
