Orange water

In the beginning this thing worked really well. After some time when I turned on the water, the water is orange for a few seconds until it goes back to being clear. First I thought it was our problem, so I flushed my water heater to get rid of any sediment and bought my second filter shortly after. Water is STILL orange/brassy when you first turn it on! and the hard water stains on my shower come back very quickly

Only lasts about six months not one year

Still better than the small round disk filters. I'll keep purchasing these unless I find better.
