Good support

Good support. I wear these when i deadlift and do sprints. Price point was really good. Anyone that has ever played football is familiar with Cramer products.

TRUE Compression by Cramer!

I have tried (and returned) so many pairs of "compression" shorts in the last six months, until I finally found these. They are my favorite shorts for lower body workouts, and the *only* shorts I wear on heavy squat days. These shorts offer true compression that actually squeezes your muscles as you move - rather than all of the so-called "compression" shorts that simply stretch without actually supporting you. As I continue to recover from hip surgery last summer, these are the only shorts I feel comfortable wearing for heavy work. They're a little tough to get into, but are comfortable to wear throughout a full range of exercises/motions (squats, lunges, rowing, etc). I am a 5'6" female and wear the size small comfortably.

There must be something better.

Not as well made as I had hoped. Not enough rise on the hips to keep them from slipping down. OK for sleeping in, that's about it.
