Preface: I am very particular about high product quality and high value for my hard-earned dollars, as well as genuine customer service. Also, I often have uneasy concerns when first purchasing items online and from Amazon when I am unfamiliar with the seller and seller's reputation. I strive for my best customer satisfaction and to choose wisely to get there smoothly. That said, this Seville Classics WEB607 (24" W × 18" D × 72" H) UltraDurable Commercial-Grade 5-Tier NSF Steel Wire Shelving with Wheels, Black is one of my best purchases ever with Amazon. Perfect in every way. First, the delivery was early. Always appreciated. Upon delivery, it was obvious that Seville Classics took excellent and thoughtful measures to ensure that their product reached me in top condition. The thick, sturdy, and well-designed protective cardboard boxing with well-packed and secured parts organized separately within in thick plastic bags impressed me greatly. Reinforcing tape and glue was used generously all arould the outer box. I do not believe Seville Classics could do any better with their excellent and secure packaging. It is obvious to me that they really cared about my customer satisfaction with an undamaged product delivery. As a side note, before deciding to order, I read some reviews about damaged or missing product parts arriving to them in damaged boxes and packaging. I can only conclude that those few customers were affected by grossly improper and unreasonably rough "war zone" handling by their delivery service, and not through any fault of Seville Classics. Further, I posted a question on Amazon expressing concerns about quality of packaging and any steps to take if delivery damages before placing my order, and received consistently positive and reassuring feedback from customers and from Seville Classics. I was then confident that Seville Classics stands by their products and their secure packaging throughout delivery from origin to destination and beyond. Well-done Seville Classics! The product itself? Definitely top-notch from top to bottom. I have had experience with similar high-quality heavy-duty commercial-grade NSF steel wire shelving over many years. This product stands with the best that I have owned and used. Materials, build quality, fit and finish are state of the art. The solid quality of the sturdy, robust, heavy-duty wheels surprised me. Top-notch at this level. Just bear in mind, as noted in the well-written product documents, that the maximum weight loads are still very good - but less - when the included wheels are used instead of the included feet. Turning to the documents. Very clear and well-written. Information about replacement and additional upgrade parts is included and easy to find. The Lifetime Warranty included is clear and detailed. Seville Classics also included a fairly thick, high-quality catalog of their products with high-quality color product photos and clear product information. Again, top-notch from a company that obviously pays attention to the details and is committed to quality and value. No corners cut anywhere. Kudos to Seville Classics. If you may be sitting on the fence about ordering this or similar products from Seville Classics through Amazon, I assure you that you can pull the trigger and order in complete confidence that you will be receiving a great product that is backed up by a customer-centric seller who will care about your satisfaction and do what it takes to make things right with you. Take it from this grumpy, old-school stickler for quality, value, and real customer service. Well done, Seville Classics!

Item was as described and arrived on time. This shelf is exactly what I was looking for ! It is sturdy and can be moved easily if needed. It was easy to assemble which I was able to do by my self with some aid of tools to temporarily hold shelves level and in place.

Easy to assemble if you've built a few before. Make sure you install the plastic tops correctly and you're in business. Gentle tap and the shelf locks into place. Unit is substantially more sturdy if your shelves are evenly spaced out, and always use a shelf on the base if you can. There is absolutely no chance you'll get the listed weights on these units per shelf. I'd be extremely worried about bending and ultimately failure of the shelf if you have more than 100lb per shelf. Be smart about loading them and keep your heaviest items on the lower shelves. We're using two as plant start racks with lights mounted under shelves. The shelves are plenty sturdy for this application. Will probably get 2 more for additional starts soon. Wish the additional shelves weren't so insanely priced, cheaper to buy another unit than to add shelves.

Using as over fridge shelf for dorm room--not perfect but will work
I ordered this shelf through Amazon because I needed it more quickly than I could get it through the manufacturer. If you have the time, I'd order directly through Seville, because a) it's cheaper through them and b) packaging is more likely better. This unit arrived in a box that was in pretty good shape, but pieces rattled around inside a bit. There was a little bit of rust on the ends of some poles, and the black paint was chipped at the corners of most of the shelves. It also came with no assembly instructions. We YouTubed it, and fortunately, it was pretty easy to put together. The unit isn't as stable as I hoped it would be, but that's probably our fault for not installing a shelf near the bottom. We probably could install one under the fridge (right at the bottom). Fridge is heavy, but it would be under the per shelf weight limit. But because all stored items are light, so far we don't see a need. A company called DormCo makes a similarly-sized unit with adjustable shelves, just for the purpose of installing over mini-fridges. It has a support across the lower back (behind the fridge at the bottom), which is probably why that unit is more stable. We went this route as we hoped the shelving unit would be useful long beyond this year in the dorm. Hopefully it will, but the dinged corners and less than perfect appearance make me wonder.

An diesem Regal stimmt einfach alles! Sehr gute Qualität, gute Rollen, sieht nett aus und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. So lange habe ich nach einer guten Idee für meinen kleinen Wäscheraum gesucht. Mit diesem Regal und den passenden Wäschekörben bin ich sehr glücklich. Ich kann die Schmutzwäsche gleich richtig einsortieren. Und wenn ich mal mehr zum Bügeln oder Zusammenlegen habe, nehme ich das Regal mit ins Wohnzimmer. Perfekte Lösung! Eine begeisterte Kaufempfehlung!

Ayuda! Una de las ruedas con seguro es incompatible (Rosca es diferente)
Todo bien con el producto excepto que una de las ruedas de las que tienen el seguro no es compatible con la estantería. Es decir la rosca en esta rueda es diferente a la de las otras tres. Esto lo verifique en una tienda que se especializa en tornillos. Espero que el vendedor me envié otra rueda con seguro para no tener que regresar el producto ya que lo arme completamente. Escribo por este medio por que no encontré una opción para contactar al vendedor. Muchas Gracias
