There were 3 nuts that were installed backswords on the tubes. I had to remove damaging the tubes but they are still secure. This is the cart that I always wanted and could not be happier with it

Great bones, but very poor hardware
This cart has so much potential. The problem was the crappy aluminum hardware it came with. Because the screws were of such poor quality it made it extremely difficult to construct the cart. The screws barely touched the pre installed locking nuts. Because the screw heads are aluminum just about all of them stripped out under hand pressure from a manual screwdriver. Good news!!!! After 15 bucks and a trip to the hardware store, I replaced all the aluminum hardware with stainless steel. Now the cart is a solid 4 star purchase And very sturdy

Poor quality screws, needs additional support/bracing
Just got this in the mail today. My husband and I are assembling now. We we shorted a screw. This really is irrelevant because the screws are so poor quality that when you try to tighten them they strip like they are a soft material (aluminum foil). We will have to purchase some new sturdy screws in the morning. There are no side supports other than the plastic rod holders and the pull handle. I don’t know if it’s the current junk screws included or just the design but you cannot get the screws to lock down and tighten to the plastic holders. They will spin and spin. Which is not good because these are The only side supports on 3 sides. We will have to figure out someway to stabilize the sides to be adequate which will probably include drilling and/or welding. My husband is very frustrated right now. He is a commercial builder. He is now inside griping and in a bad mood complaining about how ridiculous this is. I read the other comments before purchasing and was just hoping that the good comments outweigh the bad and maybe others just got faulty parts but wasn’t the norm. If you do not have resources or time to go search for new screws and a way to stabilize this frame then do not purchase! Luckily I think with some time and a little extra money my husband can make this a great cart. keep in mind he has all the tools and equipment needed though. That being said, we have not been able to fully assemble yet to even see if the end result is good enough to keep. Still up in the air about the tires because we have not been able to see them in action.

Decent, only AFTER...
Reasoning behind the title, it's only a really decent sturdy cat AFTER you replace the screws that came with it. Especially if a few screws delivered aren't even threaded. Spent an additional $2.50 and some lock tite. You can change the nuts on the inside of pole holders if you like. I did. Made a heck of a difference. Thing thing is pretty boss now. Size is perfect, also if you want to change out the handle brace with some wing nuts that's pretty good idea as well especially if you plan on putting it in a SUV. All in all, glad I bought it.

Great...with a few mods
You cannot beat this cart for the price! With just a few inexpensive modifications it is GREAT! First, throw away the silly aluminum bolts that come with it. I used the bolts from one of those inexpensive assortments from Harbor Freight and did use the included lock nuts. I replaced the two bolts that attach the front handle with slightly longer ones and wing nuts for quick and easy break-down for transport. Lastly I lined it with heavy plastic "hardware cloth" just using zip ties so I can load it up with my gear! In summary, I LOVE it and would buy again! Update: Just returned from first trip to the beach. The cart rolled over the sand fully loaded with very reasonable effort. One additional mod I now recommend; REPLACE the weird spring things that hold on the tires! One must have caught on something and came off during a trip out on the beach and the wheel almost fell off. Luckily I had zip ties and was able to make a repair that kept the wheel on.

Great design, poor quality screws and hardware.
This cart could be a great buy for the money as it’s well designed, but the hardware is junk…The screws to put it together easily strip, and one of the “U” bolts for the axel snapped while I was tightening it. I contacted the manufacturer and am awaiting all new hardware to reassemble and try to salvage before I return for credit. They were very quick to respond, I will update as I go further. I did use Locktite and would highly recommend that to all purchasing this cart, just be extra careful not to strip the screw heads which are cheap. I noted to the manufacturer that I could have easily rated this a 10 if they supplied better hardware from the start, saving us both time and money in return cost and negative reviews! I would also tell everyone reading this that if you are interested, go for it and buy the screws/parts needed (replicate) from your local hardware store or Home Depot before you start to assemble and you will be thrilled! Don’t forget to LockTite all, also, hope this helps someone!

Good Value and good wheels. Only 4 stars because after third use started to come apart, luckily I have the screw driver with me and was able to tighten it up before too many screws came loose. Might put some two part apoxy over the screws to make sure they don't vibrate out.
