Just what I needed

I always use hose protectors. Someone years ago suggested that they were unnecessary so I stopped using them -- and I soon found that my hoses started to develop cracks near the first stage connection. I like these because they can easily be installed at home with no special tools. I used an electric kettle to heat water to 160 degrees F. After soaking them for a bit they were nice and pliable and easily slid over the hose nuts.

Too big for standard regulators

Too big for standard regulators. This might fit very old European regulators but is way oversized for standard 3/8-24 hoses... stay away.

Fits well with MiFlex standard 3/8" regulator hose and ScubaPro S600

I have not done any dives yet, but it fits perfectly with MiFlex standard 3/8" regulator hose and ScubaPro S600. It was relatively easy to put it on and it looks really good. I will update this about the durability/functionality after a few dives. I also boughtScuba Choice Scuba Diving 4" Long Vented Regulator Hose Protector, Black , also in the picture. Update: Almost a year later and I have used it in many dives and it still looks like new.

Very reliable and I am very satisfied with the color excited to have with my gear.

I love it because it arrived to me in the color I ordered and I got it for the protection of the hose and where it connects to my octopus regulator I am very satisfied with it.
