Can buckle in the front

I was looking for something easy to put on/take off while my partner is laying down on their back. This allows for that by threading the buckle so it sits in the front rather than the back. It looks and feels nice overall but the size might be too big for some.

The part that goes into your mouth is definitely not built for someone with a smaller mouth. It becomes a lockjaw issue in a short order if your of smaller stature.
