Quality product but does not fit a small woman well.

This item is made of quality leather and hardware with lots of possible adjustments but does not fit the head of a small woman well, it is too big even at the smallest settings and could be pulled upwards and off as there is not a neck collar. I do not think this would be an issue with a bigger person. Also when lying down, even with a pillow, the buckles and rings are extremely uncomfortable, and it is not possible to find a comfortable position where the hardware does put pressure on the scalp. The size and quality of the ball is acceptable, and the ball has some give so would not damage the teeth.

Not worth it

I have had this for a few years. The fake leather is coming apart. It was always to big to wear unless you were a big person. Even on the last notches its to big. They didn't offer a smaller sizes. Wast of money.

Very thin leather straps

Thin leather straps. Nice heavy duty buckles and rings. Quality silicone ball. Ruined by very thin leather. Almost a comical combination. Definitely very large. I'm 6-1/280 lbs and it was huge on me.
