Perfect for quads!

I am a C-4 quadriplegic so I have limited wrist movement and no hand/finger function. It is very difficult to find utensils that make it easier for me to eat on my own. I currently use a brace and another type of adaptive utensil. I wanted a fork I could use without a brace and this is perfect! I am able to use it and easy on my own which is amazing.

Just the thing

I ordered teaspoons, soup spoons are just too big for me. The handles on mine are navy blue. The difference between the new one and my ancient beige one is the handle size. The older one has a much larger handle and was difficult to adjust tightly enough to stay on. This one has a smaller handle and was easier to adjust to fit. Many years ago there was a rocker type knife on a band like this and I really wish they still made them.

Good fork much better blue than weird skin color

Great fork works great for a quadriplegic actually came blue instead of this weird skin color that makes eating in public awkward

Easy to hold, gives an elderly person the ability to eat with independence.

My dad, who has severe arthritis in his fingers and thumb, can easily hold the handle and eat his meals with grace once again. I’m grateful to have found this fork with handle because it has prolonged his independence.

Great Idea,

With this product I was able to eat my food without getting food all over my hand. It gave my hand an extension needed to eat normally and can be adjusted by squeezing the handle on the end . Yeah It’s Adjustable.

All Vertical Palm Self-Handle Eating Utensils help facilitate independence and eating like an adult. - 2 SOUP SPOON ORDER arrived with dark blue handles, NOT what was pictured, beige handle. - “Handle color may vary” was NOT in the Product Details. - Dark blue handles do NOT match the many beige Vertical Palm Self-Handle Forks and Teaspoons my wife uses. - When using a utensil, she does NOT want the handle to draw attention to her. - These utensils on other sites have beige or white handles, but NOT dark blue. - Website Description should indicate the handle color ordered or offer color choices. Do NOT make the choice for the consumer. - ITEMS RETURNED.

Great return to normal feeding.

This product worked for my husband who is a a spinal cord injury patient. He also has a slight tremor. He can now feed himself. This is better than many expensive choices.
